VinylCut 5 Software An Overview About the Printing Settings, Step by Step Video Guide

When it comes to setting up one’s printing options there’s a few things to know in VinylCut 5.

Good ways to go about when dealing with registration marks to have all the designs nicely included in the final print.

How are you guys? In today's video of Alcott? We'll be looking at the printing options. It Let's have a quick intro here. So today's video can be found on softwaretraining.co.za. Uh, guys will notice. We've got a variety of different Softwares we do cover, and we do upload videos daily. So just keep your eye there for any new content that was back in the programme. Yeah. Now you have to locate your print, uh, options, your princess options. You can always get on top and under the menu to file you navigate down till you find him print. Mm, yeah. Or what you can also do is you eat control plus p on your keyboard, and I'll bring up the same menu. Now, from the options here under name, you can choose your printer. My case will just leave on the Microsoft print. Pdf then, uh, on the properties. If you click that, I will give you the properties of the printer. They're selected my case. I've got your landscape and portrait. I can send it, send it to, and then under that we have some basic status about it. If you are interested in that, it's got a print range. So you've got multiple pages. Or if you then you can set that and or print from this page to that page, then, uh, to the right here, we've got copies. So a number of copies per page. So if you're doing a mass production in this one, you might want to set up more than one copy page. Then we have your print outlines Only if we select this, then any full shapes will be ignored and raise the images so photos and stuff, they will not be printed. Then we have a print registration marks. So if you're printing to, like, a P N C machine or something like that, then, uh, want that on? We'll cover this a bit more now and then, Prince election only. So only the items selected on your canvas will be printed, which is a handy so that you don't have to necessarily go hide layers if you want to do a quick test for it. Now, if we have the print registration marks on now, what will happen if we got to preview and let's say we've got here a show print margins and that selected then on the campus here, we can see mhm. It's got the margins here. So that means there's little Penguin is going to be cut, so only a piece of him is gonna be in the actual print. So in order to fix that, what we can do is we go to file on top year to the top menu, and then we want to go to Prince setup. Then under this, uh, these settings, we wanna see that the orientation from portrait to landscape. Then click. OK, now I've got to print preview again. We will see now because it is nine. Horizontal or landscape, You will see the penguin now falls within registration. So what you can also do is you can just obviously move your stuff so it fits in better, and they Yeah, then you have both of them. But like I said, asshole PNC mission.
