SAi FlexiSTARTER 19 Deleting and Removing Colors (Part 9) Swatch Tables Video Mini-Series

When you no longer need a color in your swatch table, or you’ve simply just added the wrong ones, deleting them will be the way to go.

Alright, guys, in today's video Flexi starter, we're gonna be looking at duplicating and the leading colours from the colour Swatch table. But before that, let's have a quick intro first. So today's video can be found on softwaretraining.co.za CEO. Today we make sure that easy to watch problem solving videos, and we have daily updates otherwise back in the programme here now when you come to duplicating colours, we've briefly covered this before in previous videos, but deleting we knew what should be otherwise. Also just a reminder. This is a miniseries on working with colours and, uh, Swatch tables. So now let's just quickly look, take a look at duplicating. So the first way we can go about this, we can obviously just left. Click on a colour in a coloured table and then keep your mouth in and then drag it to the new table. You're duplicated, too. Mm, that's one way we can go about it. Another way we can go about it is going to your actual full and stroke panel, and then, with the colour selected, we can do the same thing. Click with the left mouse button, drag it to the new colour table and then yeah. So then, as you can see there, we've got some new colours there. Obviously. Save it. Then it will be on the table next to me open. Let's say for some reason you did not want these colours there. You always go on the colour you don't want anymore. You right, click it and from the list we never get to refund elite. Kick that and you'll see the colour is no longer there. Now, another way we can do this is from the colours, picks options. So has that little magnifying glass with a paint drop. We click that and then under the first tab and then also the first drop down menu. We want to select our coloured table that we want to remove the colours from. So in my case is gonna be coloured table my own, as you can see here. Now we've got the three colours. Keep in mind the little X there is for a transparent colour which you cannot delete. That's just by default. Now what you can do is once you select the right colour you want to remove, we will move white for now and then at the bottom here, you can see we have the option. The elite. So click that. And now the whites no longer there. And then once you click OK, it will update it on your colour swatch. And then just a reminder, right? Click your swatch and then you can go save table if you wanna. If you like, changes. Otherwise, that is it on duplicating and the leading colours from the table or the colour swatch table.
