How are you guys in today's video is flexi Starter. We're gonna be looking at the printer option under the print feature, but before that, let's have a quick intro first, so today's video can be found on softwaretraining.co.za. Make sure that easy to watch problem solving videos, and we also have a daily update. I was back in the programme here. Now just a quick reminder. As a miniseries, I'm printing to a desktop printer. In other words, is we're gonna be pointing to a pdf file for previewing before we send it to the final printer. Like, uh, yeah, also, I will leave for a living links and description so you can actually follow along. So now in today's video, like I mentioned, are gonna be looking at the Apprentice settings. So in order to locate that we want to go to file under the main menu, navigated print or control P is a shortcut for that. Then I'm just gonna say yes to automatically adjust the dimensions. And then, like I mentioned, the first option here is printer. So now first one, you've got the name and I would have maybe tied. Sold it a bit more type or something like that. But we've already got type year. So in other words, what this does is you can actually select what you want to print, too. So as you can super facts, we've got print to pdf printer, Microsoft XPS document, viewer or one. Uh, he's gonna leave it on a default Microsoft print to pdf. And then what you can do is also you can go to the properties of this. Now, this is the opposite of pain. Very depending on what you have selected for, our segment is going to be using, um, this first one. So we've got orientation, portrait and landscape. I leave it on portrait and I say, OK, we will see, it has changed our preview to a portrait version of it. So somebody just go to properties again, put it back to the landscape and say, Okay, then, um, under that we've got the status, so at the moment is ready. So that means everything was fine. You can actually just print the n type like I mentioned before, we for the Microsoft print to Pdf. This will change depending on what name has changed it to, and then under that you've got the post script data. So basically, this will be the way it, um, translate information before Prince it. So then we obviously have, um, the two options today we've got the boundary and the A c A S c I. So the binary, um, it's basically it will use the binary type of data to compress the binary encoding um, sent to the printer and the other one is the A C II, which is especially stands for the American Standard Code for information interchange. So that is, um, the, uh, type of coding it's gonna use to interpret the document before Princess, so I'll just leave it at the default normally. So that is a S C I I. Otherwise, that is it on the printer options for printer. If we head here to softwaretraining.co.za he guys will notice. We've got a variety of different Softwares will recover, and also we can isolate our search on the top of right if we do not or should I say, if you guys do not find the video looking for, you can request a training video and we will make that video for you. But otherwise thanks guys for watching until next one. Cheers
