Hi guys. In today's video flexes Starter, we're gonna be looking at how to print files to your desktop or in another way, to say it is to print it as a pdf. But this is just gonna be overview of that and then also part of a mini serious. But before that, let's have a quick intro first. Mm. So today's video can be found on softwaretraining.co.za c o dot z A. We make sure and easy to watch problem solving videos. And we also have daily updates. Otherwise, we're back in the programme. Yeah. No. Yeah, like I mentioned in the intro is going to be just a overview. And this is also a reason why you want to do this, guys, Uh, multiple reasons. One of them You might want to send a sample to a client, perhaps, of what the final thing looks like. And but in most cases, you would be using this to kind of prove test your design before you actually send it to the actual printers. So you kind of want to just make sure your colours and layout, and that is fine. So now, in order to locate it, It's quite simple. We can, um, just go to our main menu on top to file. Then we navigate what we find Print. You can see the shortcut for those control P and I would recommend get used to this shortcut because that is quite universal throughout programmes. Then why don't you click that? It's gonna ask me if I want to match my orientation to the actual print. I'm just gonna say yes for now and then, As you guys can see here, we've got quite a few options. Uh, first of all, we have basically the name also the type of printing we want to do. I'm just gonna leave that default. Then we've got some statuses and stuff or script to Then we've got copies print options to the right of that. Then we have scale. So we're gonna just a scale as well. I've got tiling and in position and then at the bottom of all of those we've got advanced and what we'll also notice on the top right here is the preview, but for the preview option. So this is where we'll be seeing a live preview of what we're going to be printed otherwise yard. Once you've set this up, you will absolutely okay And just print it and then you can demo it. You go to wherever you've saved it, to open it in a pdf reader. And then, yeah, you can see what what does it look like before you actually printed? But like I mentioned in the intro as well, it's gonna be a mini serious Also live, relevant links and description. And then, um, we'll be going into more depth about all these settings and I'll just set them up. But otherwise, yeah, that is it. If we head here to softwaretraining.co.za Seattle's era, you guys are that we've got a variety of different Softwares we do cover. And you can also isolate your search on the top, right? If you do not, however, find the video looking for you can whisper here, requests a training video. Then we'll make those videos or that video for you. But otherwise thanks guys for watching and cheers
