If you are working in wireframe mode a lot, then knowing what the different preview modes mean will go a long way.

From being able to keep an artistic touch while designing, all the way to know the direction of the cuts that the cutter willing be making for the shapes.

Hi there, guys. In today's video flexi starter, we're gonna be looking at how false and past are displayed in the wire frame. But before that, let's have a quick intro first. Mm, So today's video can be fun on softwaretraining.co.za. But see, that's a day you guys will notice. We have a variety of different Softwares we cover, and also we upload training because daily, so just keep it there for new content. Otherwise, if I back in the programme here now the and parts where they are previewed, there's different reasons why you would want this and different reasons why you want to know what it does. So there's going to be most probably about a two part video series or miniseries so that first one will cover the false and the Second World truck, cover all the parts or other path directions and cut directions. So, in order to, um, get to your wireframe mode and so forth, we can go to view here your main menu, and then we go to show false social contrast control F We select this now we're basically in a wire frame mode, so we're seeing everything just as paths you can say or the outline now once again control f so you quickly navigate through it. So as we can see here we are current view. We can kind of see colours of the shape of what they were. So if I had to go control, if you can see it was a yellow block a block and I don't know what you call that a purplish block. And don't forget your wife friends Still sane. Now, if you're just designing this is sometimes a nice layout to have You're not worrying about cut lines or so. But if let's say you do want to change this, we have a few different options to do that. We want to go to our main menu again. There we go. Now we get all the way to it down on the edit to Preferences. And the preference is we're gonna go to the foot tap, which is tools from that menu, wouldn't have it all the way to the bottom. And then we navigate to show fills, as we see under fills its options. We've got your show layer colour show full colour and then we have show path, direction so at the moment. As you can see, it's on show for colour so we can see the four colours if we go to show layers influxes, starter, starter version and it's not so relevant. If you go okay, then you can see everything is now just showing in red as we cannot really change the layers, colours and so forth. Then next up, we have if we go there to the same place so they will be edit preferences, tools and then we're gonna go to the bottom and then to show false. Then next up here, we have show path, direction. So we click. OK, here. Now we can see we met with two different colours, got purple and green. And so if you're gonna be working with cutting and plotting kind of the best route for your culture and so forth and this will be a good view to be, so you can maybe work in full colour while designing. And then when you finally ready for cutting, you switch to this one and then you can adjust a few things here which we will be covering the next video that will explain more how to understand what the colours mean and how to change the colours.
