SAi FlexiSTARTER 19 (1st Part) Advanced Tab (Part 20) Cutting and Plotting Mini-Series

There are a few cool options found under the Advanced Tab, like the Convert Strokes to outlines and the Auto-weld.

Like the tabs title suggests though, most of these option are quite advanced and requires a bit more experience to use than most other options.

All right, guys, in today's video flexi starter, we're gonna begin looking at the advanced tab and a few other options under that. But before that, let's have a quick intro fit. Mhm, mhm. So today's video can be found a softwaretraining.co.za. We make sure it's easy to watch problem solving videos, and we also have daily updates. Otherwise, back in the programme here now, just a quick reminder. This is a miniseries on the cutting plot feature, and today we're heading over to the advanced tab. So in order to open your current, uh, feature, I'm sure most of you will know will know where it's located. So it is here, under your standard table next to the print button, can also eat control hours shortly, then under the features. We want to go to the fourth tab here. It's a little colour with a plus. And then, as you can see, we've got a number of options to cover. So today we're gonna be looking at these first four and then, uh, first of all, what we have here we have the cut stroke, two outlines. Obviously, when enabling that we enabled. And if they like, this will be disabled. So just keep that in mind. So the converts stroke to outlines, um, select whether the stroke will be cut separately as objects. Then the next one we have here is plot dimensions and tables. Sorry. Labels. So, yeah, over here, it will Also, it will select whether the labels and dimensions created with measure to be cut or plot. Then, uh, we've got the outer world, so it removes in sections of overlapping objects of the same colour. Um, this one is actually something is nice to live on, but with most of these advanced settings, as as the name says that they're quite advanced. So I would say this tab, you can easily leave unless you know all this entire tap unless you know what you're doing. But this is one of those features I kind of just like to live on. Is the order world then? Um, yeah. Then we also have ordered trap, and we can actually set the choke and bleak distance. So the order trap alum specify the amount of overlap between objects of different colour. So But like I said, my default this was pretty good. Otherwise, that is said on today's features.
