SAi FlexiSTARTER 19 Paragraph Edit Button (Part 10) Working with Text (1st) Mini-Series

Now when it comes to the Paragraph Edit Button, one can very easily dismiss this feature as useless before knowing its strengths!

As like with most feature, when you combine it with the right tool or option, you will only then understand why the developers have added that feature, like wise with the Paragraph Edit Button.

Bye, guys. In today's video of Flexi Starter, we're gonna be looking at the edit button under the paragraph text. But before that, let's have a quick intro first. Just a quick reminder. This is a miniseries on, um, working with texts, and I will also leave relevant links to in the description so you guys can actually follow along. Yeah. Now today's video on the edit button on the paragraph tag. This is more relevant if you or show says it's more handy. If you're working with vertical text with horizontal cheques, it's, um, we won't quite reap the benefits. So if I just make a copy of this quick, I'm going to go to my horizontal vertical text to this is based in here. Just change it so it goes from left to right. Now. Scale is down, as you guys can imagine working with this. It's a bit of a like me. So he was scaled is way down because, as you can see to select the text, I just rather confusing to even make out what it's saying. So now what? With the edit button, What we can do, we can always, um so instead of now manually trying to make the changes, I just use it with my normal selection tool. We go to the paragraph tab and then we go to edit. Now, once you've clicked this or pop us up a little edit option. So now we can actually edit our text without it being too confusing so we can add things or so forth is to this extra line. Yeah, So now then press escape. This is just and press enter. Well, okay. And as you can see, we've got the extra line there, and it makes it way more easy to edit text, especially if you wanted to make changes in the actual Texas between here, like some of these lines, it just gets unmanageable. So when you go edit, you can do your changes, say okay, and then your changes update. So it's a rather simple tool, but like I said, it's the most handy when you're working with vertical texts and not so much horizontal text, but otherwise Yeah, that is it on the edit button.
