Hi guys. In today's video Flexi starter, we're gonna be looking at the copies option under the print to PdF. But before that, let's have a quick intro first. Mm mm. So today's video can be found on softwaretraining.co.za. You guys are going to make sure that the problem solving videos and we also have daily updates. Otherwise, we're back in the programme here. Just a quick reminder. Is the miniseries on working or rather, printing to a desktop printer? In other words, printing to pdf. Then, um, I will also leave relevant links and description. So you are going to follow along. So in today's video, we're gonna be looking at the copies option. So if we go to our princess settings, which by now you should know is on the file your main menu, then print, or you just hit control P as a shortcut and I'll take you there and say, Yes, we will make you adjust my design area to the printing area. So now, in a previous video, we looked at the printer settings. Now we're gonna be looking at the cops. Now, most of these are pretty simple and standard to understand or the settings. It's just, uh, accolade that we have to look into more depth. So obviously, the number of copies also will vary depending on how many pages you've got and so forth. So let's say we've got one page, and if you click to three for whatever, um, etcetera, then you will get that amount of copies of it. But then, let's say for you said, you have multiple pages, then, um, the South Africa, maybe two pages, three pages. Then what will happen is if this setting is not active. Obviously you have. If you have multiple pages will become, uh, you'll be able to edit this or click this select on and off. But let's say it is by default off. Then what will happen is if we've got three pages with, let's say two copies, then what's going to do is gonna print Page one, um, twice Page two twice, Page three. Twice. It's gonna go in that order to basically annual printing stack. It's gonna have those orders where if you keep this on the call late, then what will happen is it will, um, let's say you've got three pages and you want, um, two copies. Then what it's gonna do? It's gonna go print. I'm sorry I mentioned it wrong. Previously. With any case, the amount of copies, what's gonna happen? It's gonna print on page one, page two, page three and it's gonna go again. Page one, Page two, page three. So with this on, it's gonna keep the sequence of your pages every time he makes a copy. So we'll make one copy another copy where if you keep it offered the role. First print all your first page is the amount of copies you want, then your second pages, so it can be a bit confusing. But once you understand how that works, you are or make way more sense, and this is also great. If you wanted to match produce or someone is sorting out afterwards, then you can always keep it Where Prince all the first pages first and then all the second pages where if you're making something, maybe for individual people, then I would recommend using this setting on. So it opened basically one copy of the entire document and then another copy. Yeah, otherwise that is it. On copies It's rather simple, like I mentioned. But yeah, it's just a second option. It's a bit more in depth if we head here to softwaretraining.co.za hat you guys don't know what a variety of different Softwares we do cover. And also you can isolate the search on the top of right. But if you for any reason do not find the videos you're looking for, you can always go here, requests a training video. Then we will make that video for you. But otherwise thanks guys for watching and cheers.
