Using the Cloud Feature and its Options in the SAi FlexiPRINT RTUV 22 Software (Part 13)

Now when it comes to the Cloud feature within FlexiPRINT, this will be a very useful tool to know how to use.

This tool can keep your files secure and also provide you alternative learning resources.

Alright, guys. In today's video with flexi print, we're gonna be looking at the cloud feature located on the main tool bar. But before that, let's have a quick intro first. So today's video can be found on softwaretraining.co.za. co dot Z A. And we make sure needs do problem solving videos and we also have daily updates. Otherwise, we're into the programme here now, Like I mentioned today's video, we're gonna be looking at the cloud feature located on the main tool bar. And, uh, this is a nice feature if you wanna get extra help or perhaps, um, backup files and, uh, use it on your cloud base, they by zoom in here to show you guys where it's located. So on the main toolbar, you'll see right at the end, we've got two little cloud icons. The first one will show and hide the actual cloud page of the options available. You can see it on the right, and the second one will be actually to archive to Clo Cloud. So this is where I can actually upload things onto the cloud so I can use it later and so forth now on the actual cloud window We have a few different options here. So we've got a files area so we can manage our resources here, See our files. We've uploaded how much space we've got and so forth, which is handy. If you wanna go back, you simply click this little back button. Then we've got some reports we got some nice area for knowledge base. So if you wanna let's say, um uh, how can I say get more resources on actually, um, how to use the programme? This will also be a good alternative, cause some social links and then we've got the licencing, so it's pretty straightforward. We might go in another video more into depth on how to use some of these features because it is handy. And these days, as you know, most of the things are on the cloud, so it's definitely worthwhile knowing how these things work. But yeah, otherwise, that is our cloud feature. It's handy to know that flexi print does have it, and it's mostly to get extra resources and manage files online.
