Hi there, guys. In today's video, we're gonna be looking at how to find a file or find files within flexi print, and this will be part of our Extras mini series. But before that, let's have a quick intro first. So today's video can be found on softwaretraining.co.za. co dot Z A. We make short and easy to watch problem solving videos, and we also have daily updates. Now, if we're heading into the programme here. So, like I mentioned the intro, we're gonna be looking a T how to find files, so it's pretty straightforward. Um, what we're gonna do is we're gonna go to our main menu on top. Then we wanna go to the first icon First menu here, which is file go down and we see we've got your find file. Now, when we open this, we will be presented by this little fine file options. Now, there's a few different, uh, features here, So, for instance, we can choose a name or, uh, type in a name here. We've got a look in, which is probably the most important. This will be the location you wanna be looking in for files. You can include sub folders. So if there's folders within the folder, this is nice. Like perhaps you got a big design database and you wanna find a specific file in there, Then you can just direct this to there and then, um, search within that, then, Yeah, we've got the job number. You can choose this to a few different settings, depending on what you're looking for. So, price, um, description and so forth, then at the right here, what it contains. So over here, you can, obviously, depending on what you wanna look for. If you want to refine the search even more, then under that we'll have the name fold in size, modified and so forth. But let's first look at getting some files here. So now if you leave this look in by default, which I kind of like to do, then if I had to go here to search on top, you will see it searching in those folds and finds us some nice premade graphics we can grab. Now, if you click on any of these, we'll have a little live update here on the right. So then, um, you can see we've got some nice borders here and we can choose from eventually. It goes to like, interesting symbols as well. So I would definitely say Maybe go through here, see if there's anything you would like to use, which can be, um, very handy. Maybe as a template or starting point if you wanted to. And then I was gonna grab something more generic here. Then we've got an option for job info. If you wanna see more info on that, I'm just gonna go open. And then it will open a new project, basically, with this graphics. So now what you can do is simply, um if you wanted to put this in your project, I'll select that. Go control C or use the copy, uh, option here and then go on the window and go to my actual project. Then if I go control V, I can paste this in here and now make all the relevant changes if I desire, so I can set this up Now the way I like it, modify it, and then it saves me a lot of time. So that's the beauty of fine files. So it's located on the file fine file and then just make sure you are looking in the right folder for whichever items. Perhaps it's your own. Or perhaps you wanna use these ones, but yeah, otherwise, in the meanwhile, though, if we head here to softwaretraining.co.za. co dot Z a, you guys will notice we've got a variety of different Softwares we do cover, and you can also isolate your search on the top or right. If you do not, however, find the training videos you're looking for. Just simply go here, request the training video, fill in the mini form, and then we'll do our best to try and make that for you. But otherwise thanks, guys for watching and cheers.
