Alright, guys, In today's video, we're gonna be looking at the windows and projects within flexi print. But before that, let's have a quick intro first. So today's video can be found on softwaretraining.co.za. co dot Z A and we make sure and easy to watch problem solving videos. And we also have daily updates Now if we're into the programme here. So like I mentioned in the intro, we're gonna be looking at projects and Windows or Windows and projects and basically, how to manage them Now. This is only really relevant if you have multiple projects open or multiple views of a project. But we will head into all of that now. Let's just quickly open a few projects first, So I'm gonna go just file, maybe even just the two. So now let's say we've got our two designs we're working on. Maybe for two different clients could be the same clients. It doesn't really matter. Now. Let's say you wanna switch between them now. The best way to go about it is on our main menu on top. Then we wanna go year to window and we navigate down. OK, let's just move this thing go back there, open my zoom move to another desktop. OK, so what you wanna do is you're gonna go to window, you'll see at the bottom. Here, we can see our two different projects now, depending on what you've saved it as the name they will display over here. So now what I can simply do is click on the softwaretraining.co.za. Then it will take us there, or I can go window character designs. And it takes us there very simple and, uh, easy to use. And then next up, we've got our actual, uh, Windows itself, which we have a few options here. We've got new window cascade. Then we've got, uh, tile, horizontal and tile vertical. Now what cascade will do? We'll get to the new window last. But in any case, what cascade will do is we click this All our projects will just leave them like this, overlapped on each other, so I can now go rearrange this where I want it to scale it. So if you want a custom set up, you can always do that. Then the next one we have here is tile horizontally. Now what this is gonna do, it's gonna a horizontal plane tile them. So, depending on your design, maybe you're working on something that is more an horizontal layout. Then you can always cascade them like this. And then we have tile. Um, vertically. This is also very handy, especially on square designs. Because then, as you can see, we've got some more screen space that we can work with. Now, I'm just gonna make this our primary one. Now, let's say we've got Oh, let's just close this one. That's what I wanna do. So let's say we've got this project now. We have an option also where we can actually make a, uh, new window. Now, what this will do is whichever project is open. If I go window new window, it's gonna open another window of that exact project. Now you might think to yourself, Why would you wanna do this? Now? There's probably multiple reasons, but what I normally do is I will go after I've done that. I go window and I'll go maybe tile vertically. Now you can see we see both of these. So now if I Let's just zoom in on Sorry, Wrong key. We zoom in. Yeah, let's say I wanna make changes. Then I can simply go here on this design, adding things and then see a live update on that site. Which, as you can imagine, this is very handy. If you wanna make sure the overall design still looks good and as a general field without having to go here now and zoom out, look at it, zoom back. So that can be very handy. And obviously also keep in mind, you can scale these. So if you want a smaller preview and a bigger workspace, you can also do that. You can also go on this one now and maybe, uh, centre it so you only have your signing that you wanna work on and then on this side you make all your relevant changes so very handy. But, uh, just a quick recap again. So we've got, uh, to switch to different projects will go to window, and then the projects will be at the bottom, and then we can make a new window of a project or cascade, which will basically open all the tabs overlapping over each other. And then we have another one called horizontal, tiling and vertical tiling and you can also close all if you want to. Now, with a new window open, keep in mind the last one we close here will ask you to save because it's just the window of it. So if I we made the change here, I close here. You'll see nothing happens. But as soon as I want to close the last one, it will ask me that I want to save because I haven't saved yet. And then you can just go from there. It's a very handy tool or feature to use, but yeah, otherwise, in the meanwhile, if we head here to softwaretraining.co.za. co dot Z a, you guys will notice we've got a variety of different Softwares we do cover, and you can also isolate your search on the top, right? If you do not find the training videos you're looking for, just simply go. Yeah, request the training video, fill in the mini form and then we'll do our best to try and make that for you. But otherwise thanks guys for watching and cheers
