FabriCAM Software P37 Advanced Circle Cut Outs (Part 17) Step by Step Video Tutorial

When it come to the shape that we will be covering today, It is just about the same shape as the previous P36 part.

With the Advanced Flat Part P37 we will however be using a different shape to make the two cut outs.

Alright, guys, In today's video, we're gonna be looking at part number 37 this is from our advanced flat parts. But before that, let's have a quick intro first, so today's video can be found on softwaretraining.co.za z. We make sure needs to watch problem solving videos, and we also have daily updates. Otherwise we're going into the programme here now. Part 36 are sorry. Part 37. You can basically say it's gonna be a most simple version of our part. We just covered in the sense of the amount of options available. But when it comes to the actual building blocks, um, it's pretty much the same base, which is a rectangle. But instead of having to rectangle cutouts, we're gonna have to circle cutouts. So now if we had two parts and we go to part 37 just find it here. Open this and you can see we already have quite a few less options available to set. And if I zoom in, you can quickly just break down what's happening here. So now we have over here the base shape again, which is A and B so foundation is, uh, with the height of the actual shape. Then what we have is we've got d one and d two. So this is the diameter of ring one and ring two or the circle one circle to, should I say and then we've got your x one x two. And then why one? Why, too? So, basically x one and Y one. So the X one will set. How far from the centre? Um, the first circle is our first circle cut out. And how high then X two and X Y two will be sending the second circle so you can in essence, do a reverse where you have this circle higher than this one, So you can do that. But then, yeah, let's quickly jump in. I'm gonna make this on maybe 400. 300. Then we go to x one. Let's first set the D for the size of the circle. So I'm gonna make this one. Maybe your rather large I'm gonna go 100 and then what I wanna do with X one. I want to say this about 100 and 50 so we should have about 50 spacing on the side. And then on the actual height, I'm gonna make this Maybe about Well, let's just see nicely. That's when you make it a 1 15. So we'll keep that one pretty much the same. And then what I want to do with the two will make a smaller circle. So let's go about 80. And then, um, I'm gonna set these values. Just keep in mind. It sets from the left to the right, so you don't see it from the opposite side now. So first of all, we've got X two. So then I'm gonna set this one about 200. So we might only have about what is it, a 20 millimetre gap on the side? And then why one keeping one? Yeah, that is to the centre and not to the side. So you must take that in calculations I did not. And then we've got white to over here, which is the height, so I'm going to make it a bit lower. And I would say, Let's make this about 100. And then it's previous and hope everything's fine. Okay, Clearly, something is not mine. I think I can easily increase the smaller circles uh, ex. So let's go. X Australia about 300 See if it bombs out on this. There we go. And I think what I wanna do is X one. I want to move it in a bit, So let's go, X one, This is about 1 20. Preview it. And there we go. But to circle cutouts inside our rectangle, I'm gonna say manual quantities. One added, And then add this to our plane sport around the year. I think it fits it better. So there we go.
