Hi guys. In today's video, we're gonna be looking at how to set the default full and stroke with flexi print. But before that, let's have a quick intro first. So today's video can be found on softwaretraining.co.za. co dot Z A. We make sure it needs to watch problem solving videos, and we also have dating updates. Now, if we into the programme, um, like I mentioned, we gonna be looking at setting the default fill in stroke. Now you don't actually need it. Open here on the right. You need to set it. But it is great to have it open so we can see what it is set to. You can also view at the bottom here. This will give you a very good indication of what the actual defaults are set to so we can see there. OK, the default. Currently, the stroke is set to purple and the F to red. So now if I had to grab our shape tool, create a shape here, then you will see that it's, uh, making it red with a purple, uh, stroke. Now let's say I change the colour of this and I create another shape. Then you see? Oh, it's back to red again. So in order to set that what we can do with nothing selected so you can have other shapes on there like this, but with nothing selected, What you wanna do is now select your colours. So I'm just gonna go on the bottom here on our swatch panel. Let's click. We make our fill, as you can see there, this orange colour, and then I'm gonna make my stroke just black. So I'm gonna keep controlling and left click, And then now we can see our stroke is black. Now, if we had to go back to our select tool and see, we select here and now this is the new default. So even if I had to switch to a circle there we go stole our default. Now, we can change this to other colours if we want, but our default will stay the orange or the black stroke, so it is very handy. We can obviously also with nothing selected change it here on this menu. So let's just go and, uh, maybe change this obvious what the changes we've made. Now if we select the shape and change it, you will see it keeps those updates. So the basic rule is the important thing is you have to deselect everything or make sure nothing is selected, Then change the colours. I find it very easy just to go on our actual, uh, swatch here to, uh, set the colour and then you can view in the bottom right there, obviously, what it is set to. And then when you create shapes, it will change it where if we have anything selected and we change it here, it's only gonna change that shape. Once we deselect, you'll see our default still stays exactly the same. But yeah, otherwise, that is it on setting your default stroke or fill in stroke. Pretty straightforward. But in the meanwhile, though, if we head here to softwaretraining.co.za. co dot Z a you guys will notice We've got a variety of different Softwares we do cover, and you can also isolate your search on the top, right? If you do not have ever find the training videos you're looking for, just simply go here, request the training video, fill in the mini form, and then we'll do our best to try and make that for you. But otherwise thanks, guys, for watching and cheers
