Hi guys. In today's video flexes Starter, we're gonna be looking at the full justify option under the paragraph tab text. But before that, let's have a quick intro first, Okay? Mm. So today's video can be found a softwaretraining.co.za. We make sure and easy to watch problem solving videos. And also we have daily updates. Otherwise, we're back in the programme here and now just a quick reminder. This is a miniseries on working with text and I will leave relevant links and descriptions. You guys can actually follow along now when it comes to the paragraph tab which we covered in the previous video, and then we navigate to the little option here fully justified. Now, if you click that, you'll see we've got quite a few different options here, which we're gonna cover shortly. But also something to keep in mind is that if you have a text selected like this with a normal selection tool, we will apply to the whole paragraph, or you can select custom lines with your text to and apply it only to those lines. So that is something to keep in mind. So you can, for instance, justify just the top here if you wanted to. And, yeah, which we didn't cover in the previous video. Really? So I don't think so. So what I'm gonna do is I'm just going to select the whole text through the selection tool, go to a paragraph tab and then open to justify our full justify options. Now, you'll see, it also says that you're full alignment options, but the actual tool if you're over over it says full adjustment. Okay? It was just clan, so yeah, otherwise, you can't see that they're full justify fully justifying in any case. So now with that selection selected, we've got a few options here. We'll start off by the top, which is adjustment. Now you'll see we've got four different options here. So the first one is character and with spacing. So this will space your characters and your word or character and word spacing. My apologies. Sure, my head is today, But anyway so this will space the characters and the words to justify to the right size. Good word. Spacing only says the spaces between your words character with, So this will actually stretch your characters in order to justify it. And then we've got carried this size. So this will increase and decrease the size. So we'll run through each one just so you can see it. And under that we've got fit to with. So at the moment, we can just click, OK, and then it's gonna give us an option here. What size we wanna fit it too. By default, it will leave it to your longest paragraph, which will be the bottom line here. And then you can say this to whatever you want, but we'll just leave us a default for now. So if we had to click OK, Yah, you will see there just space, the whole paragraph space, the letters and the words in order to fit now we had to go here too. Next option, which is words Space. Only then, as we can see, they made quite a big space on the top line, saying that it was shorter. But that's how that justification will work. Then the next option we have here is, um, character with So like I mentioned, this is gonna stretch the words okay, here. I can actually stretch the words to make it all fit, then the last one year we have is a character size, and this is going to increase the size, make it further spread the most visually appealing one where it doesn't distort your text too much as we can see. Then you will also notice. Under there we've got compression or two options here, compression only, and then apply equal compression to all lines. So that's pretty much needs to do a similar thing. So basically what it's gonna do if anything goes with outside of the boundaries, it's just going to compress it and keep it at a relevant size and just centre it like it's okay. You'll see it is centred everything to the centre here, which, in my opinion, you could just go centre justification or alignment. She does the same thing. So, yeah, maybe I'm missing something there, but I've played around with it a bit, and, uh, I just come to the same conclusion no matter which, um, option of use as you can see. So it was just switches back to normal. So let's make character spacing. But like I said, you can obviously, uh, stretching. You can obviously, uh, also change the size. If you wanted to make it bigger, let's say nine inches and it will fit into the new size. But keep in mind if you do. Sorry, my apologies. If you do make it smaller, kind of cramping on each other. Okay, Just don't do that. So let the text try that again. So let's make this about five. I'm gonna make it normal and then, like they're so I'll start cramping it on each other. Well, otherwise, that is the basics on it. We obviously still have a few settings to cover, but, uh, they do not do so much of a difference. So we've left them out now for the sake of the length of the But otherwise, if you guys get to softwaretraining.co.za y, you guys want us. We've got a variety of different Softwares with the cover, and you can also isolate Just search on the top of right.
