SAi FlexiSTARTER 19 Software Filtering Objects by Color, Step by Step Video Guide

This is a great tool if you are working on a complex design, and would like to isolate certain parts of it.

From being able to hide only a single color, all the way to showing only a single color. You can also isolate color types as well, (RGB, HSV and so forth).

How are you guys in today's video? Flexi starter. We're gonna be looking at how to set the visibility of shapes and objects based on the colour. Otherwise, let's have a quick intro first So today's video can be found on softwaretraining.co.za. With the, uh, you guys will know that we do have a variety of different Softwares. We do cover, and also we upload training videos daily. So just keep your eye there for the new content. Otherwise, we're back on the programme. Yeah, now to philtre shapes and objects by colour, this is can be coin handy if you I only want to work on a specific colour at a time or specific colour lives. So if the stuff you don't want to be seeing while you're working on the design, you can easily do that or something is behind something, and it kind of helps for those reasons. But we can locate it, navigate our main menu on top, and we got to be. Now we get down to view photo and the shortcut for that is F. So we click this, he'll pop up this little view philtre options. Now, as we can see here we've got all our colours that is available. We've got RGB and HSV. So now what we can do is a We can kind of navigate through this. You see, it's got a little cheque boxes so you can, um, cheque and uncheck items like this. What you can do is you can click on the folder as well and all of them bottom Here, we've got to show all and I'm shown none. So let's say you want to isolate and only show. Let's say this, uh, Rust orange. And then what we can do is we go show none, and then we click a little cheque box with a rusty orange. And unfortunately there's no preview. So if we click OK, now we can see we only can see the orange shape. It's available. Once again, we can go to view you philtre always press f on the keyboard. Now let's say you want to add the white and come the people as well. We just get okay and then we have those shapes and now we can make adjustments accordingly without having any distractions of other colours, which is quite a nice little feature. You can quickly navigate through. It's a bit like having layers in other programmes, but just working with actual colours instead. So if you have multiple shapes with a similar colour, it's gonna show all of them. Just keep that in mind. Otherwise that is it on a view. Then you also have a nice little search option so you can isolate your searches.
