Hi guys. In today's video, we're gonna be looking at exporting your print jobs report. So I say as a X l s X fire. But before that, let's have a quick intro first. So today's video can be found on softwaretraining.co.za. We make sure that easy to watch problem solving videos, and we also have daily updates. Otherwise, we're back to the programme here. I'm just gonna quickly head back into the printing here and say Okay, and then let's go to our actual export button. And then from the drop down menu, I'm gonna select the X, l s or XLs X. Like with the XLs, you'll see we've got two different ones. We've got X l s x and X l x x with only So I'm gonna choose the bottom one here and then just put in the format here. XLs Yeah, so XR is file formats get confusing after a while, and then, um yeah, we can just say that. But now the main thing to keep in mind about the x l s X, this was originally, um, kind of zipped version of, uh, the XLs. But It's also a more modern I can say file format for the Microsoft Excel Sheet. So with a previous one, XLs was older one. This is kind of the new default. I think it's about 2007, but we'll have a look once we've exported. So I'm gonna say, over here, let's save it. So okay, then we go back to our So Okay, this one doesn't say, But remember, I think it was introduced in 2007 around there. And yeah, like I said, it is currently default. So if you know your client has got a later computer or more standard computer, then you always use this file format. It's gonna open here. The exiles can actually send it for kind. You know, it's using something old. So as you can see, pretty much everything looks the same. And it's just, you know, the formatting and everything is more modern. But yeah, so otherwise that is it on the XLs X, it is, uh, also popular format. Like, that's great.
