FabriCAM Software CAM Numerical Control Error (Part 5) Step by Step Video Tutorial

When we finally get to the Numerical Control (NC) section of the CAM feature you might run into the next problem.

How are you guys? In today's video? We're going to be looking at a potential numerical control error that you might run into with the camp feature, and this will be for, uh, sorry fabric camp software. But before that, let's have a quick intro first, so today's video can be found on softwaretraining.co.za. We make sure that easy to watch problem solving videos, and we also have daily updates. Otherwise we're back into the programme here. So now just a reminder for those that are new. We are currently on a miniseries on the actual cam for the programme, and now we're gonna be starting to head into the N. C. So the numerical controls So first things we want to do in order to access this is what we want to go to camps and activate this which was finished loading. Now we can see we've got our paths. So this is active and next up what we wanna do is we want to click on the N C. Button so it stands for numerical controls or control. Click that and then you'll see. We get this era now. You might not get this area if you set up your project correctly. But I thought, well, cover this just in case it does happen. So as you can see here, it has not found any value in the cutting technology table, uh, for the current material and thickness and will not be applied. So in order to fix this, um, what we're gonna have to do is to redo our actual material. So how are we going to go about this? Yeah, if I go here too, to the actual exiting. So we're gonna press the cam with a little arrow on it, so then we'll exit out. So now what we wanna do is we're gonna make a new sheet and unfortunately, add the parts again. So what you wanna do is, um I'm just gonna go on top of your file, and then we're gonna go to the actual just find it. We've got a new shit option. Would like to just close my old one. Um, there we go close. So I'm going to look at So we're gonna go close, it's gonna close everything, and then we're gonna go new sheet. Gonna add our one. We had and then it is important to have some of these values in. So I'm gonna go to my thickness. I'm gonna just it and you'll see it fills in the rest. So then I can afterwards, adjusted to the size of one. But for now, I'm gonna leave this at the default, and I want to say, Okay, wait was to load, and then we quickly add a few more flat pods. Go make this one 400. Make it one, and then we'll just add one more shape. Quick. That part grabbed that Rick Tangle again. Go 503 100. Say, Okay, many of 21 it's had. And then let's add these shapes to our actual canvas. Oh, cutting plate. Now, if I had to go back to camp and we click N c, we'll see we no longer get that error. So just a quick recap. So if you're getting that era, unfortunately, I'm gonna have to recreate a new sheet and make sure the values are all correctly. It might be that one of those values are empty and then gives us the error when we actually trying to add it. But yeah, otherwise, that is it on an American control error?
