FabriCAM Software CAD Auxiliary Practical Four (Part 11) Step by Step Video Tutorial

fabricam cad auxiliary practical four
Now when it comes to this practical exercise there are a few ways that we can achieve the final outcome.
That being said there is normally a method that works faster than most for a specific outcome.
This video is part of a Mini-Series.

Hi guys. In today's video, we're gonna be looking at practical number four for our auxiliary, um, guidelines. And this will be for fabric camp software. But before that, let's have a quick intro first. So today's video can be found on softwaretraining.co.za. We makes shown easy to watch problem solving videos. We also have daily updates. Otherwise, we're heading to the programme here. So now today's practical. We're gonna be looking at creating a triangular shaped guideline. So now there is a few ways we can go about it once again, some more simple than others and depending on the desired dimensions. So what I'm gonna do, I'm gonna leave you guys to figure this out. So I'm just gonna pause and then have you guys try it. And then when you're done, you can on pause and see the method I took. Okay, so I'm not sure if you guys have tried it, but I'm gonna call you, run you through the method I took. There is a few ways we can go about it. The most simple, perhaps, is in my case, and you select everything. Just remove everything here I'm gonna add a triangle. Say the dimensions I wanted, So I'm gonna make it worth 100. I'm sorry. The worth 100 a height 60. You can do the degrees there if you want. Otherwise, I say okay. And juice positioning. Put it here somewhere in the centre. Now, um, if you wanna add a degree, turn to this, uh, guides. You know, I would definitely recommend maybe using this method as it's quite simple. Then what I'm gonna do is I'm gonna go to my actual, um uh, auxiliary line with distance. Sleep at 10, like on outside. And then you go very simply, we've got a triangular guide. Now, another way. You can do this. You can obviously go to your actual guides. We have ones with that you can use with the inclination so you can see the inclination, but what I'm gonna do instead, I'm gonna put a horizontal line as a base and span that and then what I'm gonna do is I'm gonna choose the, uh, two hearts in line with two points. So then I'm gonna do similar to what we did with the triangle here, so I'm gonna set it on the X. I'm gonna go 50. So half way of 100 and put it up. 60. Say Okay, let's pan this and then we're gonna add another one quick. So I'm gonna use the same tool for this time. We're gonna start on of the and then, uh, the wise 60. So it's gonna be up there and then X over a year, we're gonna go 100 leave white zero. So it goes back to the bottom, so okay, and then you go. We've got another triangle shape now. Like I said, there's two methods. I prefer using this shape because it gives you the ability to put it in a nice degree angle and still have a triangular guide. But this method was a pretty solid if you know your dimensions you're looking for. But yeah, otherwise, that is it. Out on how to create a triangular guide. If we had to adhere to softwaretraining.co.za you guys will notice you've got a variety of different Softwares we do cover. And you can also isolate your search on the top of right. If you do not however, find the training videos, you're looking forward just simply go here, request a training video, fell in the new form. And then we'll do our best to make that for you. But otherwise thanks, guys, for watching and shares.
