Hi there, guys. In today's better Val cut, we'll be looking at a few ways to flip shapes and objects. But let's just really start with the intro. So today's video can be found on softwaretraining.co.za . What's the other day? You guys wanna know that we've got a variety of different Softwares we do cover. And also we upload videos daily. Um, yeah. So just by then, Okay, so you can get any new content otherwise, back in the programme. Yeah. Now we have covered flipping in some past videos, but today's video will be dedicated just to that. And when we look at a few ways, we can do that. So, first of all, we're gonna start by selecting a shape, make sure your selection tools selected to bar you're on top left. Uh, then you can either just click on the shape. It's groups like mine, or you make a selection box over all the shapes. But make sure the selection boxes over all the edges. Because it does not, it will not select it. But on that note, uh, pro tip or extra tip, just keep shifting your selection box and then wherever or whichever shapes uh, rectangle touches with selection rectangle It will select. Or you can also go in your layers panel here on the right and just click on your layer will be highlighted in blue now. Yeah, the most easiest way I would say to flip the object. Yes, most probably under your position and size the settings, the panel. And then we've got you at the bottom. The flip you'll see they were looked and it's a flip, horizontally flipped vertically. Now, if we click it, it's horizontally. You will see your shape. Lips like vertically. Also flip by default. If you select the shape, you will automatically take it to that panel position and size. But if it is something like textiles will be to get your text first possible. Yeah, And then, um so otherwise you selected in another way. We can do this as you go on top, year to object, and then we go to transform, and then we go, we're gonna flip and they call it Mirror for is mentally or vertically. And then, uh, quicker way to do that. But the same place or the same option is you right. Click. You go to transform and then you have that same two options. So, yeah, that is it on flipping. It's quite a handy tool. You use it a lot if you have to make the exact same shape doing butterfly wings or something on both sides and yeah, then a call comes in very handy if you want to keep cemetery so otherwise, if we had to final cut dot c o dot z A. The programme is freely available here. Just navigate to the downloads page. And then, um, I'll say if we go to softwaretraining.co.za y, like I mentioned a variety of different sorts, which we do cover, as you can see. Yeah. And also, you can isolate your search if you're looking for anything specific. Otherwise, if you don't find what you're looking for, Jessica Yeah, request a training video, and then, yeah, we'll make that for you. Otherwise, Thanks, guys, for watching and cheese
