How to go about setting the Tiles within the preview feature plus adding new tile lines as well.
Even though you are able to edit and change the tiles within the preview panel, it is good to note that some of the feature will have to be disabled in order for it to work correctly.
This video is part of a Mini-Series.
Next video covers Panel Tab Tile Overlaps.

Mm. Hi, guys. In today's video flexi Starter, we're gonna be looking at part two of tiling. They can be found under the panel tab for the current plot feature, but before that, let's have a quick intro first. Okay, so today's video can be found on softwaretraining.co.za. We make sure that easy to watch problem solving videos, and also we have daily updates all the way back in the programme. Yeah, No, Like I mentioned in the intro, that's going to be just a quick video on how to do this similar things to what we did on the towel panel on the left. But in the preview end. So then, um, yeah, what we can do if I zoom in here just so you guys can see better, Let's say we wanted to add another tile. Then we can simply hover on one of these lines. But keeping in mind that the horizontal lines and vertical lines react a bit different, so the horizontal lines. If I over a year, click and add a new dimension, remove these two settings. Click and add a new, uh, tile. You will see it as it there for us for all three of the task. But if we had to go on a vertical one, maybe it's the bottom click. We'll see. It only added for that tile. So that is something to keep in mind. I'm not sure why the programme does it this way, but it does. So then what we can also do if we are, can obviously click those ones and remove it again. Just hold on those lines. Makes us two arrows, and then you can remove it. Then for the tile selected, you can also you don't actually need to have the tile selected. You can just hover. It will adjust those ones for you. But sometimes it is nice to have a tile selected so that you know which one you're working with. You can just readjust those. But like I said, keep in mind horizontal lines. I mean, sorry, vertical lines. Uh, all the tiles in that direction will be affected. All the ones that attached to that line. Then you can obviously also Yeah, so you can resize them pretty much the way you want. But this is definitely a way more. I'm gonna say dynamic type of way of doing it so it is not as controlled is using the features here on the left, especially the columns and so forth. So you're in my personal opinion, you can way quicker and make a mess, or, more easily, make a mess of your tiles. I am adjusting it this way, but that is why we've got this nice little feature here called Reset. If you did mess it up like me and some buddies get reset and start fresh, you can just quickly realign those things so it looks a bit better. So otherwise, that is it. How you can do it in your preview. It's rather simple, as you can see here. Also, you can right click them, grade them out, so it means it will not be cutting those panels. So if you just wanted to have certain panels done, especially these white ones, there's no need for me to cut them out. If the background is going to be transparent, it was on a window, so I can just cut these out. I might leave this one so I can get the spacing right between the two, but the rest of them won't be relevant. Otherwise, that is it. On doing tiling through your preview window. If we get to softwaretraining.co.za will see that today you guys will notice you've got a variety of different software to to cover. And also you can isolate your search on the top of right. If you do not, however, find what you're looking forward just to hear, request the training video. Then we will make that video for you. But otherwise, things guys watching and cheers.
