About Customer and Job Information within the SAi FlexiPRINT RTUV 22 Software (Part 1)

Now when it comes to the Job Info feature, we are able to set a few different values for the clients and Jobs.

But when it comes to the Job Info feature, we are also able to do more than just set information.

Alright, guys. In today's video, we're going to be looking at the job info feature with in flexi print. But before that, let's have a quick intro first, so today's video can be found on softwaretraining.co.za. co dot Z A. We make short and easy to watch problem solving videos, and we also have daily updates Now if we're into the programme here. So like I mentioned today's video, we're gonna be looking at the job info feature, and this is a great place if you wanna set up some more info regarding the job or even some customer. Um, there's obviously more features available within it, But, uh, let's just look at those two at first. So in order to get the actual job info, what we wanna do is we wanna go to our main menu on top. Then we wanna go on the edit and right at the bottom. You guys will see there. One called Job Info. I click this. We'll open up our job info feature, and there's three main tabs that we're gonna be looking at. But let's first look at this first one, which will be the actual job tab now, like uh, I mentioned. So this is gonna be everything related to in this case, the job. So over here, let's say this is our job number. So let's make this our first job unit price or the actual price. So I'm just gonna make this maybe, like, 1000 rand and then order taken by This is where whoever took the order by. So I'll just add my name here Chanel. Then you can put in the P a if you want, But, um, I'm just gonna skip that an order date. Let's just put this maybe, uh, 2024 060, 25. Let's say this is when the order was, um, taken. I was gonna copy that Paste this and maybe, let's say I'm gonna make it like we estimate that it will be ready or the delivery date will be, Let's say may make it like the fifth or something of the seventh month just to get an idea of what goes where then terms. This can also be a nice place where you may put a URL. So let's say you've got your terms online, then, um, you just simply copy that URL paste it here. And then you've got a nice link where they can go to your terms, then shipping. So what I'm gonna do? Yeah, obviously it could be number of different things. I'm just gonna add the actual shipping address. So put that there, then people know where it's going. And then obviously you can put a description about your actual, uh, product you're busy with and that will be going here. And then additional comments you can add, Yes. So maybe you wanna remind them to do something. Or remember, if you do this, don't do that or so forth. This is where you'll add that on the actual comments. Then under there, we've got some keywords. So it's kind of like, yeah, if you wanna have anything, stand out. So if you want to quickly search for it So let's say it's maybe, um, this is a logo. So you can always type in a logo. Then, uh, maybe it is, uh, for the certain company can am.co dot Z a and so forth. So you just add tags that's relevant to, uh, or keywords, which you want to be able to find. Find easy, then you'll see right at the bottom here. We've got, uh, field for test. Now, this does not come by default. This is just a test I did for the custom field. So if you click on custom field, you get a little name option you can type in a name here and click, OK, And then it will add custom fields to this job panel. So if there's anything you feel like should be here for your class, uh, customers or your, um, jobs, and then you can obviously add it here, fill in the info. But yeah, that is it on the jobs tab. So next one year, we have got customer. Now, this is very similar to the job, but this will just be customer related. So, for instance, let's say in our case here, I'm gonna just fill in a few things. Uh, let's say it's a client. I'm gonna make this just advanced machinery. We're gonna just quickly run through this is take my zoom out in the company, make this am.co dot Z a the street. This will be where they are located. Now I like to put in kind of the address. So not just the street city. So we're gonna add here Johannesburg State. This will be, I guess, in our case, Gauteng. And then I'm gonna put the zip code here at the end. 1401. And then the country will be South Africa. But that day, then we've got a phone. I'm gonna add the phone as well. So 060 606,000 And then we've got a fact. I'm gonna leave that an email I'm gonna leave for now. So this is pretty much what it will be looking like if you add your client's information and this is great because it can become a reference point as well. And also in future, you can quickly see Oh, who am I do? Who did I do this job for? And you put all the info. So if you have to get all of them or something on that line, it makes it way more simple, and obviously, just click OK to make sure it confirms it. And then if we go back there, we can see OK, all our info is here, which is great. So, like I said, it's a nice way to keep track of your job. and your actual customer info.
