Alright, guys, In today's video, we're gonna be looking at statistics under the Job Info feature, and this will be with in flexi print. But before that, let's have a quick intro first. So today's video can be found on softwaretraining.co.za. co dot Z A. We make short and easy to watch problem solving videos, and we also have daily updates. Now, if we're back to the programme here. So like I mentioned in today's video, we're gonna be looking at some statistics and this will be found under the job info and previously we looked at, uh, the actual job tab and the customer tab. Now we're gonna be looking at the last one. But before that I just wanna quickly add a few things. So let's add some text here. I was gonna call this test. Wait, say that again. Taste text. Yo. Then ask myself with my fingers today. Scale this up a little bit. Um, it's not that. Yeah, Just gonna put in some random shapes as well, then, uh, just so we have some more things on our actual canvas to look at, let's change some colours, do some random colours, actually, and then yeah, Let's just leave that like So for now. So now next up, let's quickly go to the job info feature. So once again it's under your main menu. I'm gonna go to edit and right at the bottom job info. Now, after we fill in the first two, let's go to the last tab. So the statistics and every year we can find a few info or, uh, some information about the actual project, which can come in quite handy. So as you can see here, we can see when this thing was actually created in my case, it was 28th of May, so it was created quite some time ago. But I use this a lot for making videos. Then we've got, uh, modified. So when is the last time I modified it? And also last time I accessed it, So this is very handy. So if you wanna, um, know when your actual project started or if anybody changed it in the meanwhile, you can find them for a year, then under that, we've got some, uh, safe buy, little safe buy. And then we have, uh, revision numbers, which is nice. So we know how many times we've changed it and also total editing time. So let's say you are charging per hour. This can be very handy to, uh, even monitor how much time you spend on your actual project. Then, under that, we've got the actual info on the project, which can also be a handy. So as you can see that we've got four objects, eight characters that the text we added, this one. Unfortunately, it's converted. It's no longer text, so it sees it just as an object. Then how many colours we've used and the size and also the cut length. So you can also let's say you do pricing or whatever, according to length, cutting length as well. And then you can have even add that. But yeah, otherwise that is it on the statistics. Very handy. Like I said, you can get creation time. Um, how much time you spent editing it? Also the amount of revisions. So let's say you tell a client OK, um, we have this amount of time, you know, for this order and this new revisions, and after that I'll make you update a quote. Then you can always keep track of a year which can be handy. And then we've got the actual info on the actual design. And under that reset, obviously, don't play with that unless you wanna reset it. And, uh, yeah, but otherwise that is it. It's quite handy feature we have here the job info once again under a file. Oh, should I say, your main menu edit job info? But yeah, otherwise, in the meanwhile, though, if we head here to softwaretraining.co.za. co dot Z a you guys will notice we've got a variety of different Softwares we do cover. And you can also isolate your search on the top, right? If you do not, however, find the training videos you're looking for, just simply go, Yeah, request a training video, fill in the mini form, and then we'll do our best to try and make that for you. But otherwise thanks, guys, for watching and cheers
