Hey, guys. In today's video, we're gonna be looking at our colour specs feature found in flexi print. But before that, let's have a quick intro first. So today's video can be found on softwaretraining.co.za. co dot Z A. We make sure need to watch problem solving videos, and we also have daily updates. Otherwise, we're back to the programme here. So now just a quick reminder. This is a mini series on the actual main tool on top here, and at the moment we're going to be looking at the colour specs feature. So I'm gonna zoom in here so you can see the icon. So it looks like a little magnifying glass with a rich um, what is that, like a water drop or something? But it's more like a paint drop, I guess, because it's colour that will be the icon we're looking for. You can simply click that, and it will open up our colour specs. Now, the colour specs is a great way to find colours. Find out the information, add things to your, uh, swatches and so forth. So there's quite a variety of things you can do in here. I'm just gonna run through the basics. So right on top here, we've got three main tabs. So we've got colour library and find it under colour. We have this drop down with different options. So we've got our swatch table default. Then we have used colours as colours are used and then all colours. And then under all our colours, you can see we've got all the colours that's on our list here. Now you can delete colours at the bottom here, but keep in mind that this is part of the default. So then it's gonna remove it from that. And then you also have some information on the actual vendors and so forth categories. So this is a great place where if you have added custom colours, you can also find that information. If it's there or updated like this, then you've got the mode so we can see the CMYKR GB and so forth. So if any client needs information on your colour, this is a great place to go. So your colour specs, first tab colour and then you can get all the information, send it to them, or fill it in here. If you making a custom colour for the client. Then the next step, we've got the library. So if we go here, then we can find all our colours. We can either remove them like we did before or now we can add them to this. Um do the actual colour Swatch. Then we have our default colour Swatch on top here. So it's it's pretty similar to previous one. It's just this is mostly what adding and removing from my library in last sub we've got find. So if you're looking for a specific colour, this will be the place to go. You can go through the folders, structures and so forth and try, um, find the correct colours you're looking for. But yeah, otherwise, that is it. On the colour specs, we might have some videos in the future. We go into more depth on some of these things, but most of it is quite self explanatory. So yeah, you can go. Yeah, customers. Just like a big library for your colours, where you can get information, add and remove and so forth. Yeah, otherwise, that is it.
