The 3D Rotate function is used to rotate a shape along the X, Y, and/or Z axis.
This is a great method to add that extra punch to you design and make it stand out looking more 3 dimensional then before.

Hi there, guys. In today's video with final Cut, we'll be looking at the three D rotate effect. So I have a quick intro. Yeah, so today's video can be found on softwaretraining.co.za. Uh, guys will notice We've got a variety of different Softwares we do cover, and we upload videos daily, so just keep an eye there for any new content. Otherwise, we're back in the programme here now with your text or shape selected, which drags selection box over it or selected the annual layers panel. We're gonna go on top here to navigate. I'm really sorry to affect We'll never get to effects and then three rotate. Now from the pop up menu, we have a three, a few different options. Just make sure your auto previous on so we can kind of see the effect happen as we change it. Then on top of your we've got X, y and Z access. So if you wanna rotate it, uh, those directions and we've got perspective. So let's first look at the X. So if you wanna rotate it kind of a how we put it vertically, then we've got the y horizontally left to right. on the top one X up top to bottom. And then we got the Z, which is kind of like, um, on a pivot point counter clockwise or counterclockwise. Now, if we set the perspective here, just said it about fuck you, then if we set these, it should start looking a bit more three D, as you can see, as we set this perspective up, create even more prospective. So you can imagine you can play around and get some very interesting effects with just playing around the respective and angles of these rotations. Otherwise, yeah, that is the basic on the three rotation. Obviously. Just click. OK, then, uh, analyse that. Okay, Now, you could get carried away quite a bit with this. Like I do quite a fun little tool, But otherwise say, yeah, if we navigate here to final cut, the programme is freely available here.
