Mm. Hi, guys. Today's video we're gonna be covering the leads and transitions for two parts, but before that, let's have a quick intro first, so today's video can be found on softwaretraining.co.za z. We make sure it's easy to watch problem solving videos, and we also have daily updates. Otherwise, we're back on the programme here, and I just quick reminder This is a mini series on the road to camp two parts settings, and today we're gonna be looking at Leeds and transitions. Now, these transitions we've covered this before, but we'll just go through this again for this series. Perhaps it's something we missed, but what they will do the basics is the way it comes into your cut and the way it goes out of your cut. So if you don't have a transition, you might get okay distorted area where the cuts started and ended. So if you wanna, you can always refine that. This will obviously depend also on what you're cutting. Let's say you're cutting rectangle with the circle. You might wanna smoothen the leads into your circle with a rectangle. You might just get it straight onto the edge, and then it looks better. And then, obviously also, depending on whether you're doing, let's say, cut from the inside or the outside, that will also differ. Say, if I want to cut out the outside or should I say Rather, I wanted this outside to be my final product and the inside is going to be discarded. I'll start my cuts on the inside. And likewise, if I wanted to keep only the circles, I'll start my cuts and our our leads, ins and outs on the outside. But let's head into it, too. With this, uh, Circle selected. Yeah, I'm just gonna go to I'm going to a milling for now and open up the leads. Now, let's rather go to the cutting because that makes more sense to me, uh, for most cases. So now, uh, first of all we've got here minus T. So they're not so distracting. So we've got here leads and transitions, and then we've got positions. The position is where it's going to start. On your shape, it's in a percentage value. So you as we were, just as you can see how that moves, let's just go here and show. It's a bit more peace. Okay, so now you can adjust where it starts with that. Then we have this checkmark by lead in, so you can actually live in or out off. So I can say just the leading leader, I'd leave it or other way around. Now, under that, we've got the tangential, and that is basically how it's gonna follow the coming in curve. So at some point, I put this on then, um, you. As I adjust this, it will start curving are shape. As you can see, it has more of a smoothie because if we have this on a very low number, it's going to just come smacking and then only sideways. So, unlike a more dynamic type shape, it's gonna look pretty harsh at the end. So that is what you can do with that. You can set amount and then obviously the leading sweep angle so we can adjust the angle and which it comes into. If you want to have it a little bit closer to the actual shape, you can do that as well. And then obviously the distance, the distance we can said, How far away does it start coming in only, uh, so forth. So if you, uh, need a longer run up, you can do that. And then obviously, we've got the same over here. You can set up your lead out the same like, Okay, in most cases, you've got this option, which is nice, like leading and click that and it all automatically adjusted to, like, the lead in. Then we've got also the turnover lead in. So let's say we have just this and you actually wanted to keep the outside, not the inside. Then we hit that, and then it will start your cut from the inside. But now you will have to adjust your degrees and that so it makes more sense. But that is how you do that with a turnover lead in. So from outside, you can take it to the inside. Yeah, I know that's quite a lot. And we have covered it before, so I'm not gonna have a real run through everything again. But that is it on the leads and transitions. If we had here to softwaretraining.co.za Today you will notice We've got a variety of different Softwares. We do cover, and you can also isolate your search on the top of right. If you do not, however, find the training videos you're looking forward. Just simply go here, request the training video, and we'll make that for you. But otherwise thanks guys, for watching and just
