uh, guys in today's video, we're gonna be looking at your contour engraving, and this will just be an example video on how to do it in route to camp. But before that, let's have a quick intro first. Mm mm. Yeah. So today's video can be fun. Our softwaretraining.co.za z. We make sure to watch problem solving videos, and we also have daily updates the ways back in the programme here. So now just a quick reminder. This is only example videos your actual process will bury. And this will also be a miniseries on the processes we could be taking with the different tools. So now, today, we're looking at the country engraving Such a basic Sarabia left cut lines, um, on earth, A different layer. So now we're gonna do is just set up these two for contour engraving. So I'm gonna perhaps make the top one a bit deeper than a a m dot c o dot z to. And then obviously you could shape this like Costa or something like that. Or maybe this will be a board on the wall. Um, yeah, yeah. You could obviously cut throughs, but you could also like I mentioned before. In previous videos, you can set up multiple different tools. So maybe one you want to complete cut out another one. Just, uh, actual engraving, but for this example is gonna engrave both. So we're gonna make sure settings are set up, right? Still are parts which we covered in previous videos to pass. All right, our origins and at the right place or zero point. And then we'll set up the first one first around to Cam. I'm gonna click here on the contour engraving. How you can name is what you want. I'm just gonna call this route to camp because I didn't have too many, uh, layers. So it will be easy for me to quickly identify what's happened when I leave it on one million. Always gonna show diameter previous, different sizes. But I think it's gonna get messy once I up there engraving size. Oh, two. Now these ones I'll keep on the left or inside, just so it stays nicely within our lines. So it's nice and clean at the end. I'm gonna leave all of these things the same, but I want to set the actual engraving height. So let's say we're working on about three mil. Then I might just set this to maybe, um, two more so that the other 11 more so you can kind of get a little bit of a depth variation in the two when I leave this one the curve precision low although there's a lot of curves, so let's leave that out. What? It was 10.3. In general, I would just leave these settings normally a default, but it depends on what you're doing. Okay, we put that one setups around the camp, as you can see at the bottom here, and we select our next graphics when we go to come to a engraving again, this one, I'm going to just call a m dot C today. And then I'm gonna leave all of this the same. But then I also want to go insight. Let's go preview just to make sure it's coming out nice. So as you can see, if we had to increase this tool, which starts messing up with those graphics, So there's something like this. If you're having problems, you could always switch to something else. But yeah, the contour milling. I mean, Contour Engraving is working nice here. Uh, sequence. We're gonna leave the same because it's we don't need to, uh, refine if we're doing individual letters. Perhaps we're looking to sequencing different, but for now, this is fine. And then this one, Like I said, I'm gonna leave at minus two, the plunge, and I am safety item of that. I'm gonna leave. The same is selected. Okay, Now we've got our basic graphic setup. Obviously, we've gotta cut line as well, Which we did not cover. But then, yeah, we could get G one g two with generators, a preview so you can go the year. And then we can see this slight variation in the height, depending on your material use, you can make it more extreme. And then, yeah, there we have our basic cutouts. So then then you wanna click on save, so you save it to where you want it. And then I was gonna call my CE for contour and great save and then your things ready to go just loaded to the actual machine and then studying grade, but yeah, otherwise we had you to softwaretraining.co.za C a lot today, you guys will notice we've got a variety of from software's. We do cover, and you can also isolate your search on top of right. If you do not, however, find the training videos you're looking forward to simply go here because the training video telling them any form, Then we'll do our best to make that for you, but otherwise still next one cheers.
