Under the Documents tab you will find all your functions to process your job documents.

This is also a great place to manage the available documents at hand.

Alright, guys, in today's video trick that already works. We're gonna be looking at the third tab for your system work plate, which is the document management. Um, yeah. Just have a quick intro first, and we'll get started. Yeah. Mm. So today's video can be found on softwaretraining.co.za. We make sure needs to watch problem solving videos, and we also have daily updates. Otherwise we're back in the programme. Yeah. Now, just a quick reminder. This is a miniseries on the system work plate, which is this panel on the right. You can also be known as the control panel, and I will leave relevant links and descriptions. You guys gonna follow along now? If for any reason you do not see this panel, you always got to view and then you navigate or you see system work, play. You just simply click that and we'll bring it back. So, like I mentioned, we'll be looking at the third table today, which is the dark or document management panel. And yeah. So what will happen Minus Unfortunately, it set up correctly with the machine. So if it is, all these buttons should work. So the first one we have here is We can click, read and we click that all the documents available will pop up in this list. You can see some basic information about it, and then what you can do is you select the correct one and then you go to process and you can process that. It's simply like that, and that is a process. But then next to that, we've got the download. Now, the download is, um I'm gonna put this once again. I know they've got a upload you as well, but it download to me, it's always been confusing when it gets to these things, as it's kind of, um, you can view it from the laser cutters point of view rather than the programme. So if you click download, it will download the document to the laser cutter. So it's obviously from the laser cutter downloaded to it. So, like I said, they were confusing because it feels like I should be receiving it rather than giving it. But any case, that is what the download does, then, um, yeah, then obviously here we've also we've got the lead, the lead also, you can select one the leader of the lead. All you can also upload. And this will now pretty much be doing opposite of download. So you can click the upload button, uh, to select offline files saving to your computer. So yeah. So now you can kind of do the opposite. Like I mentioned. Got a call time, which you can sit here and modifying number. So Yeah, it's a sort of simple. Like I said, your documents will be appearing here. You can see your basic info, and you'll use these balance too. Basically navigate. Uh, I don't know what's the best way to say it, but, uh, to kind of use them, You can say otherwise, we had to head here to softwaretraining.co.za You guys don't notice. We've got a variety of different software to cover, and also you can isolate your search on top, right? If you do not however, find the videos you're looking forward.
