Alright, guys, in today's video flexi starter, we're gonna be looking at how to mirror objects using your main menu. Before that, let's have a quick intro first. Mm. So today's video can be found on softwaretraining.co.za See that today we make sure and easy to watch problem solving videos, and we have daily updates that was back in the programme. Now, this is gonna be, uh also this video is part of a miniseries which covered, um, rotating, scaling and moving. This is just a few loose ends, Um, that we did not cover yet, which I'm gonna add to the same little series. So, in any case, to mirror object now, there is a difference between flipping object and mirroring object. We will cover flipping object as well. But in this video, we're gonna be looking at mirroring object now, uh, on in order to do that, obviously you need your object selected. Then what we can do is we go to our main menu on top. Mhm. Then we go to a range and we're gonna go right to the bottom where it says mirror. Now, once we've clicked this, you will see we have a few different options here. First of all, we can set on the right here on our design central panel. We're just this we can adjust the distance that we wanted to mirror too. And then obviously, on top of that, we have the option where we can say keep original so they want to press enter. Then it's gonna keep both the old one and the new one. So I think for the sake, let me keep that on for now. And then what we can also do is, as you can see, we've got these control points on the actual canvas or design area. Now the middle one. If we click this and move it, it will do the same thing. So we just sit there on the design central. Well, basically set the distance. Uh, if we use the top one, as you can see, we can actually rotate it. Likewise, if we had to use the bottom one, we can also rotate it. Now I'm something to keep in mind. You can also use it with shift. Then it will do it in degrees amounts. So yeah, that is one thing that is quite nice about it. Otherwise, you can either go here on your zone central and you click on that little right mark. If you like the changes or you can just simply press enter now you can see because we've kept selected, I keep original. We've got two of them. It's an exact mirror of the Pharaoh. Obviously you can keep that off and then will not make an exact copy. So now, once again, just a quick recap. So to locate it, make sure your object is selected. Then we want to go to main menu, then arrange go down to the bottom and mirror. And then, yeah, you pretty much you can adjust it away like and then just press into press that little but and then it will do the mirror for you. Otherwise that is it. On marrying objects, we had years to softwaretraining.co.za Z day. We have a variety of different Softwares. Would you cover and then also you can't isolate your search on top here. If you're looking for anything specific, if you, uh however do not find what you're looking for, you can always go your request, a training video and then we will make that video for you. Otherwise, thanks, guys, for watching and cheers
