Alright guys, in today's mini series, we're gonna be looking at the basics of printing inside flexi print and we'll be starting off with importing a design. But before that, let's have a quick intro first. So today's video can be found on softwaretraining.co.za. co dot Z A. We make short and easy to watch problem solving videos and we also have daily updates. Otherwise we head into the programme here. So now we've covered some basic things on the production manager and so forth. Now we're gonna dig into some more things in the actual programme in the flexi print. So like I mentioned in the intro, we're gonna be looking at the basics of printing. We'll try going to some more advanced features later, but this will just help you get it will help you to get started. So first of all, we wanna import a design. If you have made one in the programme, then um, that is great. Otherwise, in my case, I'm gonna import. There's two main ways we can go about this. First one is we can go here on our main toolbar and you'll see next to the save button. We've got this little button with a save and an image or a paper. And that is our import. You can also go here to file and you go down until you find import. That's another way to go about it. So I'm gonna click that. And then when you do with your top navigator, just navigate to where you actually have your design as saved. In my case, I've already navigated to the right location. Then you can select your design. Not all, uh, designs will show you previews you on the right. You can select this on and off. So if we have this on, you'll see if I click on like a PNG, we can see a preview. But if I click on something like SVG just vector graphics, um, not all of them show. So in this case, it doesn't actually show the design. And under that, you can see we've got some file types and this programme has quite a list of different graphics you can import so all the way from Ras. The images like JP es PNGS all the way to vector. We've got some P SDS with an A I PDF and so forth. So I'm just gonna grab our design there and simply click import. Now it's gonna prompt me where I wanna place this. So I'm just gonna place it on the top left corner here, then with a design selected with our select tool. You'll see we've got these transform arms. There's multiple ways we can go about transforming this, but I'm just gonna use these arms for now. I'm gonna click this bottom one, simply click it and drag it and choose how big I want to scale it. Then I'm going to click on the design and just locate it. More SA. And there you go. Simple enough. We've got a design in and are ready to move to the next step. But before we go to the next step, if we head to softwaretraining.co.za. co dot Z A. You guys will notice we've got a variety of different Softwares we do cover, and you can also isolate your search on the top. Right? In case you don't find the right video, then, um yeah, you can also request the video. So if there's something specific you're looking for which you can't find amongst these videos, you can just try that fill in the mini form, and then we'll do our best to try and make that for you. But otherwise thanks, guys, for watching and cheers.
