FabriCAM Software CAD Arc Tool Two Points and Radio (Part 4) Step by Step Video Tutorial

fabricam cad arc two points

When we are working with the CAD Arc Two Points and Radio tool, I find it quite helpful to envision the rotation point.

Once you have envisioned the correct radio point you are able place a guide more accurately to create a better arc.

How are you guys? In today's video? We're gonna be looking at the two point and radio talk to this will be for fabric camp software, but before that, let's have a quick intro first, so today's video can be found a softwaretraining.co.za z. We make sure that easy to watch problem solving videos, and we also have daily updates. Otherwise, we head into the programme here. So now previously we look at the three point or three point arc. In today's video, we're gonna be looking at the Ark two points and radio. Now this gets a bit more complicated, or at least can be, depending on your view it with the previous one we knew you can select one point, another point and another point, and it will arc it by touching that point how it's gonna work today, it's, it's gonna make it. It's orange. It's kind of rotation point, so it's gonna rotate it around that now There's another thing that's important to mention, which we didn't before, which is relevant to the other ones as well. And that is the point which you started. So let me quickly have a quick demonstration here. I'm gonna go here to to point and radio. Then what happens is if I'm gonna start here at the bottom, then I click on top here. Uh, let's just find that point. There we go. And then click the last one. We'll see it rotates it in like a counterclockwise. Now, if I had to go do the exact same thing, but in reverse, So I'm gonna pan this quick, select the same tool. Now I'm gonna go from the top and then to the ark and then back. Now it does it this way, right? I will only do that. If I delete here, you'll see it only did this little piece. So that is something to keep in mind about the Ark tools. It's very handy. Like I said, I didn't mention the previous one, unfortunately, but it works for both three point and, uh, two, uh, and the radio one. And like I mentioned, keep in mind this has become the rotation point. So even though we click these two points, it is rotating this whole thing around this. So depending on our fathers is hard. If we bring it closer, we will get something a little bit more sharper, further, more flat, then another thing to keep in mind that you might think. Okay, I'm gonna use this. My point rotated around it. So I've got a nice circle. Select the tool. We select 123, and then, you know, just nothing happens. So if these lines old parallel, unfortunately, it does not work it as an actual points. Just make sure you offset it a bit if you want to get a better result. But yeah, otherwise, that is it. On the, um, two points and radio are like I said, just keep in mind it rotates it around, uh, whichever point it was selected. So instead of crossing through it, it's gonna rotate around it. And depending on the direction you selected, it's going to be whether it's going clockwise or counterclockwise. So it's a handy little feature. So if you want to make something in words, you will get this way around outward. So this way around. But yeah, otherwise that is it on the feature. If we had here to softwaretraining.co.za. You guys will notice we've got a variety of different Softwares we do cover. And you can also isolate your surgeon on the top of right. If you do not, however, find the training video looking forward, just simply go. Yeah, request the training video, fill in the many form and then we'll do our best to try and make that for you. But otherwise, thanks for watching and cheers.
