Alright, guys in this video with final cut will be looking at importing spg Farkas Just a quick intro here. Yeah, so today's video and more videos like this can be found on softwaretraining.co.za. Uh, we do cover quite a variety of different Softwares, and we upload videos daily. So just by their for any new content. So back in the programme, Yeah. Now SVG. So what is svg is that is a scalable vector. Graphics Quite a smart way of making graphics with math. So you can actually open svg files in like, text editor and look at a or the maths. Um, so yeah, it's pretty interesting. So we've imported it will tell your programme. Okay, this is kind of what I want everything to look like and it will make it based on the math. Also, another nice thing about SVG files is that you can pretty much scalar to any size so you can make something the size of a thumbnail and scale it to a billboard side. And that is the power of S P G. That's why it is you so often in graphic design, printing and final cutting any guys. So let's just quickly remove this. So now to import it, we'll head to the import button, which is on top year. Then, um, from the file types that we can import, you will see is quite a variety of different ones. But for now, we'll just be covering SPG and S p g z Just spg, actually. So then you want to navigate your SPG file that you've downloaded or made selected and you click Import. Now here, we've got our little smiley face. Now, when it comes to a d p i of a file you, uh, yeah, you're never really sure what the original dp I was, um so let's say the design exported it at a certain DP. Aye, It's quite hard to find out what it was to make sure your scale is the same. But what you can do is let's say you do know that he's used the programme, But Photoshop, uh, illustrator w illustrator or escape or something like that, and that will help a lot because then you can just go on top here to edit, and then you go down to Preferences and then you're under general. We'll find the S P g d p i Now, if it's used to Adobe Illustrator, you can just selected from the drop down menu. Otherwise, what else we have here? We've got links Cape coral draw and then a coral drive 300 dp in general, like getting scape or w straight as a nice default city, you can just click. Okay? And now you'll know your DP is the same as the, um designers DP if you know what, they've said it too Otherwise, Yeah, that is importing SVG files in final cut five. We just hit to the website. Yeah, you go to training. Uh, you can find this video. And as you can see, quite a few more other videos as well. And we do cover number of different Softwares. We have a search option here in the top, right? Also, if you do not find what you're looking for, just send you send requests, a training video, and then we will make that for you. Otherwise, thanks, guys, for watching and cheers
