TruCUT RDWorks Software Enable Reset for Serial Numbers (Part 13) Text Tool Mini-Series

This is when you are cutting bulk products and would like the process to restart after completion.

It is however good to keep in mind that the process will only restart after it has reached the values entered.

All right, guys, In today's video and truth that already works. We're gonna be looking at the enabled reset option for the text tool serial number. But before that, let's have a quick intro first. Uh, yeah. So today's video can be found on softwaretraining.co.za z. We make sure an easy to watch problem solving videos, and we also have daily updates. Otherwise, we're back in the programme here. Now, just a quick reminder. This is miniseries on the text tool. And also, I will leave links and description so you guys can actually follow it along now the enable reset. This is great. For if you're gonna be making multiple, how can we say okay? Multiple products with the same Cyril, um, string. But then when it gets to the beginning, it resets it again and it prints it again. So, in able to do that, we can always go Cyril in a reset. And then once it reaches the maximum amount you've enabled, it will go back to 1234 and so forth. In order to enable that we obviously want to go to the tool. So I'm gonna double click the text with a selection tool then under this enable variable texts with serial number enable We wanna go here too right at the bottom. We'll go to the extent we click this. The first option here, you will notice, is called enable research. So we click that and then it will give us this value on the right. Now, over here, you can choose where is the recent? So let's say you want to reset it after every 10. You can simply just set this to 10. I was going to leave mine on 9999 for now and then we just say you just go, okay? And then what will happen? Yes. Once the current, um current number or current cell number reaches 9999 it will reset back to the stock. So I'll go back to one, and then it will fill up this counter again and then back to one obviously very few people's rugby doing products for 9999. But you know, if you may be doing 10 20 products, then it will reset after it reaches the maximum amount under your current. But like I mentioned, it is relevant to what you said it under your extent or you're enable recent. So this value when it reaches this, it will set your current number back to the start. So yeah, that is it on the enable reset. It is, Uh, yeah, a rather simple tool to use as well as most of the ones for the serial number in the meanwhile, though, if we head to the website softwaretraining.co.za hey'll see your, uh you guys will notice We've got a variety of different Softwares we do cover.
