TruCUT RDWorks Set Equal Spacing for Objects (Part 2) the Arrange Bar Video Mini-Series

rdworks objects equal spacing

This feature is great if you want to make sure an object has equal space between the shapes next to it.

When you are working with this feature, it is good to note that it will only work when you have three objects selected at a time.

This video is part of a Mini-Series.
Next video covers Scaling.

Hi guys. In today's video, we're gonna be looking at the spacing feature located under the range bar and this will be four to cut already works. But before that, let's have a quick intro first. So today's video can be found on softwaretraining.co.za Today we make sure that easy to watch problem solving videos and we also have daily updates otherwise, way back in the programme. Yeah, Now, just a quick reminder. This is a miniseries on the range bar and then which is this boy on top year? And I'll also leave relevant links in the description so you can actually follow along now when it comes to the spacing, this is rather simple, but you will, however, need to have three objects selected in order for this to work. So what the spacing will do Well, basically, um, space the centre object to equal values or equal white spacing between the two outer or top and bottom objects. So, as you can see here on our arrange menu, we've got the, um, two icons here next to the alignment ones. So we've got a cross, and then we got down. So basically they will be across or do, though you can say a horizontal spacing. No doubt we'll do the vertical spacing. So if we had to select these three objects now, in this case, it doesn't matter what order you select them, just as long as you usually have to keep in mind which objects in the centre of the three are of the three shapes. Now, if we have to use the first one across, you'll see the circle now or a line automatically with equal spacing between the two. Likewise, if we had to do it with the Arizona with the vertical, you can just click the icon next to that, and then it will space this one accordingly. So this is nice. If you wanna equal spacing, it can be all the same shapes. But if you want to make sure the middle one is exactly in between the two, then you will be using this feature. Otherwise, that is it on spacing, using that range far if we had here to softwaretraining.co.za z, you guys will notice we've got a variety of different software to recover, and also you can isolate your search on the top of right. If you do not, however, find what you're looking forward. Just go here, requests a training video. Then we will make that video for you. But otherwise thanks guys for watching and cheers.
