Hi there, guys. In today's video, we're gonna be looking at adding images to your image library and this will be four. It's already works, but before that, let's have a quick intro first and then so today's video can be found on softwaretraining.co.za z. We make sure needs to watch problem solving videos, and we also have daily updates. Otherwise we're back on the programme yard and I was just quick reminder This is the ministry on the image library and I will also leave relevant links and description so you guys can actually follow him along. Now when it comes to this feature, uh, one of the key things is obviously having images to the library. Now, when you're adding images or vector shapes a raster or vector, Um, the process is very similar, but there is a difference in some aspects which will be looking at. So today we're first gonna be looking at images, so that's like pixel based race the images. So the first thing you wanna do is open the actual, um, feature, which is on the file, and then we go to image library. It's gonna move this to the right years we have about the way now, obviously want to make sure from our libraries we have images selected, which we made in our previous video. Then what we wanna do you would imagine we want to add image. But as you can see, that is currently still great out. So what we actually want to do first Import. So I'm gonna click import. We locate the shape we want to make it a crescent so open and then what you will notice Now it has got it. You're under your library. There's a new library called present which Yeah, to me it's a little bit. It's interesting how it works, but to say the least, But, uh, now what you can do at first and you think this is the way you go about it. That's how I initially thought you click on images or let's first we select this image, go on images, and at the moment it is still great at I'm thinking this programme is not realised yet that the images here So I'm gonna close. You try and reopen it. It's an image library. Okay, so yeah, Okay. It does not register it. Originally, I thought you could click it. You're the image and drag it, uh, into the folder. That also doesn't work. I'll actually just throws it on your desk. And that is why this will sound as well as you can see. Now I have an option at image. So you click. Add image protest. Okay, there we go. It's there. It looks like it all works well, so let's go important. Another image will make something very different like a star. As you can see, it just created a new category style. Select that we've got images we say Add image again like let's just test to for the sake of a video. Okay, And it's adding the previous video, and the reason why that's doing it is because if I had to zoom out here, you will notice we've got the image here on our desktop and that is active. So this programme actually works is you kind of first have to export the image of imported to the design area and then from there added to your category, it's gonna delete that one. So if we go to that star, um, they used to be export button here, but they disabled it because it was a bit buggy. You have option export. All But the problem with that is, if you've got 20 images in here and export all of them onto your canvas. So simple way to do that. You select your image of ones, you drag and drop it on your canvas. We go back to images, we say add image. It's called a star. Okay. And now the stars there. So as you can see, the process is a little bit confusing. But once you get the hang of it, it kind of makes sense. Now we can just click on the start. The leader we don't need anymore. We had image. And then, um sorry. My apologies. We want to import first. Let's get the semicircle open. That makes a new category. Drag it into our campus, go to our right category head image, give it a name, and then put it. There we go. We've got all our assets. They sit on top here, we've got three images. Then I'm just gonna delete that, and then you want to make sure we go to save. So now you click this because electric image library again. Like save otherwise the next Ethiopia programme. It will not be available. These images and are from this library you can simply just while you're working, throw them in there as you please. So that is the beauty of working with the library. But it is. It doesn't quite work the same as most other programmes. But anyways, in the meanwhile, if we had to head here to softwaretraining.co.za You guys will notice We've got a variety of different software to recover. And also you can't isolate your search on the top of right. If you do not, I'll ever find a training video you're looking for.
