Hi there, guys. In today's video, a truth that already works. We're gonna be looking at how to trace a star using a bit map. But before that, let's have a quick intro first. Yeah, so today's video can be found on softwaretraining.co.za CEO. Today we make sure that easy to watch problem solving videos, and we also have daily updates otherwise, back in the programme here. Now, just a quick reminder. This is a very serious on design and also we, uh, will be leaving relevant links and descriptions. You guys can follow along Like I mentioned in today's video. We're gonna be looking at tracing a star very looked at a few different ways to make stars different types of stars. But now the purpose of this video is pretty much showing you how to import a bit map and then using the note polygon apology tool to create a trace and future videos, we also look at the actual the past two and I can do bends in that and around corners. But for now, we're gonna keep it simple. So now first thing I want to do is I want to get to our main menu on top the file, then navigate to import shortcut factors controlled I. Once I click this, you want to navigate them to where your image is located. In my case, it's a star. You have a nice preview on the right. You can also do the file types of the bottom. But we're not gonna go into much depth about the input to itself. So we're gonna do a select the right one and hope. And once that is done, it will import the image for you. For Zuma, you can see, depending on the size of the image, scaling it accordingly. What I like to do normally, when I'm working on a trace, I will go here to the few options. And then I go view data and this will basically centre my canvas around the image. Next up, we simply just click apology and Tool, which is located here on the left. And then we start from one point. You can zoom in more if you want. I'm just gonna, for the sake of this demonstration, go quite quick of this. So then you wanna left click, but your starting point and then we simply just click on all the, um, points that we want to actually add a note or yeah, so then we'll just carry on with this process until we've completed right around stock just wanting to keep a note like when you're designing stars. When you get to the end point to make sure it gives you that icon, Otherwise, if it does anywhere else, it's not going to close the ball something. Once it's there, we click and then we have a star. I'm gonna zoom out here and somebody just move that to the right. As you can see, there we go. We've gotta start. You know, you can obviously scale this or rotate it. Whatever you feel is necessary for your design and yeah, can also obviously change the colour. You can't see that in any case, and then you can just select the old image we don't need anymore and simply delete. Now, if we Zuma and yeah, you can see we've got star And that was rather simple to make rather quick. But for this purpose, however, you will need a reference image so you can always go on Google or anything like that. Just google. Um victor shapes or anything like that, depending on what you're looking for, you're just basically tracing around the outline. But otherwise we head here to softwaretraining.co.za. Today, you guys will notice we've got a variety of different software to recover. And also you can isolate your search on the top of right. If you do not, however, find the video looking forward to request a training video. Then we will make that video for you. But otherwise thanks, guys, for watching and cheers.
