Alright, guys. In today's video of Lexi Starter, we're gonna be looking at how to change the stacking order of shapes and objects. But before that, let's have a quick intro first so today's video can be found on softwaretraining.co.za. They will see later today. We'll make short and easy to watch problem solving videos and we have daily updates. Otherwise we had back in the programme here now the order of layers. Um, yeah, this can be quite an important. Okay, I said topic when it comes to creating masks and so forth as it uses the top layer to affect the bottom line So now it will work the same if you want to make cut outs and so forth. So if you're using the combine features So now as you can see here, we've got the ABC and some adjust quickly Scale this up. So as we can see here now, we've got a and clearly a is behind be. And as we CBS behind see as they are as you can see here. Now let's say you wanted to for some reason change the order then, uh, we can really see how to go about that now, is it a few different ways we can do that? Should I say where we can locate how to do it? So the first way is we can go to our main menu on top here. Then we go to arrange, and then we want to look for order. And under there, you'll see, we have these options. We've got, um, to front to back this will do. Should I say we'll explain it shortly And then we've got forward one for, uh, back one. And I mean, it's kind of self explanatory. So shortcuts you on the right shift page upshift, pace down and control page up and control page down. It's also it's handy in case you remember which saves you quite a bit of time. Another way we can do this is without shape selected. We wanna right click and then from the pop up menu. And they're right at the bottom or almost right at the bottom, that order and then you can see they've got the same options. But we don't see the shortcut keys for them. So now from the options here, as we can see, we've got two front now what this will do, it will bring whatever you have selected right to the front layer. So we select that you can see now is clearly on top of sea. Now what we can do is we can obviously do the same thing. We can send this thing right to the back again, so to back. And now it's back in its original position. So it is the lowest layer. And if you would have to notice, it's even behind these layers. So when you say send you back, it's really gonna send a past everything. Now let's say for some reason, yeah, let's just undo that so we can have us lay on a higher stacking water. So now let's say we want to put the A between the B and C. Then what we can do is we go to right click order and then from the options, we go forward. One. So presuming this is right behind B and not behind the other layers on the design area as well, it should take it between B and C. We click that now we can see clearly as you can see what is in front of B. Obviously you can do the same. So we select that and right click order and go send back one and then it will put it back behind the same way be we can right click order board one now be on top of seats. Mhm. So that's pretty much how the stacking works for layers. So just a quick recap We can locate it by a range and then we go to obviously need something selected so zooming if you guys So we go to a range we navigate until we find that I now go too far Order Then we have the options here and the shortcut keys or you can alternatively right leg go to order and do the same features so otherwise. If we head here to softwaretraining.co.za z, you guys will notice we've got a variety of different Softwares we do cover, and also you can isolate your search on top right here. If you do not, however, find what you're looking for, you always get your request, the training video. Then we will make that video for you. Otherwise, thanks, guys, for watching and cheers
