How are you guys? In today's video of Lexi Starter, we're gonna be looking at adding and removing colours using the library tab under the colour specs. But before that, let's have a quick intro first, so today's video can be found on softwaretraining.co.za. We make sure that easy to watch problem solving videos, and also we have daily updates otherwise back in the programme here. And I just a reminder that this is a miniseries on the colour specced tool and I will also leave relevant links and description so you guys can actually follow along. So like I mentioned today's video, we're gonna be looking at adding and removing colours. And this will be, uh, adding colours. And I'm moving into your swatches, which can be located here in the bottom of the screen normally. Now, to open the colour specs tool, we're gonna go to our standard toolbar on top here and then go to the magnifying glass with the law, um, paint droplets. If we click that it will open our colour specs option and then from our options here we'll go to the second tab, which is the library. And then, as you can see, we met with this little ui. So then, just to quickly have an overview. So the left here is the current set switch table. So if you cheque under the dropdown menu, we can find the ones that's currently available or opened. So we have the default open and my own, which we can see at the bottom. Here we have those, too. Then on the right here is the vendor so that we can go locate colours from different vendors so we can see you've got a quite a few different. You guys might remember coral, and then, um yeah, so you can go through different vendors and choose colours that come from them. So now, in order to add colour, what we're gonna do is for select the swatch table wanna add it to. So I'm just gonna grab my own for now. Then we went on the vendor at the moment. I'm used colours. So this is all the colours we've already using the project if you've made custom colours or so forth. But what I'm gonna do is click on Venda. It's maybe go down to coral and then from this, we can see we've got a variety of different colours we can pick from. So then, uh, let's just navigate, find something Maybe, uh, Scrabble Baby blue. And then you'll see once we click that they removed from disappears and we only have options to add. So now the obviously, if you can add, you'll see it as yet to our actually, um, switch table. Obviously you won't see the changes until you click. OK, And then, as you can see, we've got the baby blue now selected. So if we select this, we can change the colour quickly like that now to remove as a similar process just kind of in reverse. So once again, we go to the colour specs tool. Then we go to library and then now we have to click on this side. But once again, first, select which table you want to remove it from. So I'm gonna click this one, maybe grab across the orange And like I mentioned before, now I can see the remove option is available. So we had to click this side. It's gone. Pick that side. Now you can see it again. And once again, click remove, then select. Okay, and then it's just updated our scotch tape. But obviously keep in mind that we will have to save the store. We just exit the programme, come back in, they will reset the switch tables. In order to save it, we can either right click, go to save table from the drop down menu. What we can do. Sorry. My apologies Go to If you under your main menu go to colour and then we find safe table as well. So otherwise that is it on adding removing using your library tab from your colour specs. If we had here to softwaretraining.co.za. You guys will know that we've got a variety of different Softwares to to cover and also you can isolate your search on the top, right? If you do not, however, find what you're looking for, I can always go here, request the training video and then we'll make that video for you. But otherwise thanks, guys, for watching and cheers
