Having a Look at the Vertical Text Tool within the SAi FlexiPRINT RTUV 22 Software (Part 3)

The Vertical Text Tool will save you loads of time when you looking at stacking text letters vertically.

This effect can be achieved with your Standard Text Tool, but you will notice just how handy this text tool is.

Hi there, guys. In today's video, we're gonna be looking at flexi prints, Text tool, the vertical version. But before that, let's have a quick intro first. So today's video can be found on softwaretraining.co.za. co dot Z A. We make short and easy to watch problem solving videos, and we also have daily updates. Now, if we add into the programme so as you can see, we're on to our third text type. So we've covered the standard text, then the arc text. Next thing, we're gonna be covering the vertical. So to locate the vertical, we're gonna go to our text tool like before. We're gonna simply we left click and hold the text button and go to the third icon. Where? Over there, we can see it says vertical text tool. Now this one is pretty straightforward. It's obviously just gonna take your text from a horizontal view to a vertical view. So I'm just gonna click here past in some text. Now this is all straightforward. You can set your distance between characters and so forth. The only place we get slightly tricky is let's say we have multiple lines. So now, as you can see Currently, it is throwing machinery off The advance, which should be advanced, should be first. So in order to fix that my apologies. It's pretty straightforward. We can just select the actual text. We can go here to our paragraph section on the top, right. Let me zoom in there for you guys. And then we want to get to this area here where we can see currently set from right to left. We wanna go from left to right. And once we click that, it will adjust it and, uh, set it accordingly. So now let's just see if we had to quickly spice this up a little bit, OK? We can make this up a case. Keep this smaller, but I'm gonna set the actual distance between the letters. It's slightly closer. And then, yeah, we'll keep it. Simple scale is up. Not too much like here some way. There you go. We've got our vertical text. So now, as you can see here, just with the three examples already, we've got some other things we can do. But just with the three standards, you can get quite a variation of text. Like with the arc here. I just had one where you have the actual arc with a slogan under it instead of a curving to the bottom. Now I'll curve in the same direction or the same arc just slightly under it. And, uh, yeah, So there's many possibilities. Well, obviously, uh, play with some of the other options that is to offer.
