CorelDraw RouterCAM Plugins Curve Precision Settings (Part 8), Step by Step Video Tutorial
routercam curve precision settings
Are you are working with node points and you getting some jiggered edges and would like to smooth them out?
This feature has a built-in Curve Smoothing that you can use to adjust the smoothness of those lines.
This video is part of a Mini-Series.
Next video covers Drilling Cycle.

All right, guys, In today's video, we're gonna be looking at the two paths setting for curve precision. But before that, let's a quick intro first. Mm mm, yeah. So today's video can be found on softwaretraining.co.za. We make sure to watch problem solving videos, and we also have daily updates. Otherwise, very back in the programme here and now, just a quick reminder. This is a miniseries on the camps, past settings or two parts settings. And today we will. We will be looking at the curves precision. Now we've briefly covered this before, but we'll go into a bit more depth now. It's another. Most of these settings, I think, except for the drilling, has a curve precision at the bottom. So if we had to open any one of these, we'll see at the bottom. It says curve decision, and we've got a amount we can set up by now. But this will basically do depending on your man of path points already have. If your design has a lot of path points, so well, um, you're gonna leave that setting off, but otherwise the basic gist of it is Let's say you've got a basic path and what this thing will do. Depending on the value, it will slowly try increase the amount of path points to create smoother curves. Now, also, a good thing to keep in mind is it's not gonna change your original. So if I had to grab it and apply it to it, this will not change. Will only be in the final output where it will try increase the smoothness of it Now in, uh, uh, personally say just leave the settings as it is, unless you actually know what you're doing, then play with it. If you will find your designs for being a bit jagged, perhaps or a bit harsh on the edges, then you can always try increasing that amount. But yeah, otherwise, that is it on the curve precision. So just a quick reminder. Basically, we'll try smoothing out your curves. Um, if the amount of nodes are too low, they were obviously do it depending on the value you've said. But otherwise we had here to softwaretraining.co.za. You guys will notice we've got a variety of different Softwares. We do cover and you can also isolate your search on the top of right. If you do not, however, find the training videos you're looking forward. Jessica here requests a training video filling the meaning form, and then we'll do our best to try and make that for you. But otherwise thanks, guys, for watching and cheers.
