The Text Tool has many different tool options to choose from, but most of these will only be used when required.

Now that we have covered all the different options that is located within the text tool, lets see it in use.

other guys in today's video and hardly works. We're gonna be running through a basic process of using the text tool. But before that, let's have a quick intro first. So today's video can be found on softwaretraining.co.za z. We make sure you need to watch problem solving videos, and we also have daily updates otherwise, back in the programme here. So now just a quick reminder. This is a miniseries on the text tool, and I will also leave relevant links and descriptions. You guys actually follow along now. Previously, we looked at the actual, um uh, text tools, features and tools. What they do now, we're gonna have a quick video. We just run through it. So I'm not gonna go into depth about what each one does. Seeing that we've already covered that this is just more how the basic process or look like. So, if you're familiar with using text tools, you welcome to skip this video. Now, first of all, what I'm gonna do, I'm gonna make a clean canvas here so we can start from scratch. So then select my actual text tools on a draw, Bar added and then what I wanna do is just like a basic title and maybe a a word under it. So I'm going to call this, um and all caps may be takes space to or let me put a little life in there so we can make a bit more like a title. Then what I wanna do is also want to select a actual font. I want something a bit more bold. So I'm just gonna use this one for the example, and they want to choose our size. So now we can cheque over here on the left. We've got our scale. So I wanted maybe say about something at 600. So I'm gonna go said this to 600 and then the with I'm gonna leave at or I'm gonna make it 100%. I want the Let us be nice and wide so it doesn't feel too cramped, And I might add a little bit of character spacing. Just gonna add this person. We see what we're looking at. Okay, So my scale I made way too big. I said the height not with So if you wanted to however, set the with that you can do over here on your by. These are editing by the cut menu. I think it's cool. So, yeah, you can always just got 600. Press enter. And then now, locate that text it's gonna use, Okay? No one up to me. I'm gonna use this tool just to throw in the middle of our campus, and there we go. So, text tool title, you can say so, uh, I think let's yeah, we'll stick at that. Let me make it. I wouldn't wanna rather make it takes title, so it is more relevant to what we are doing. Then next up, I'll put something under it, maybe call it video process so that, you know, it kind of explains what we are busy doing. So now I can either make a duplicate of this text, or I can add a new one with this tube. So now I'm gonna make a duplicate, because then I know the scaling is very similar. So I'm gonna open that. And now I'm gonna make all these little small letters, and then we go video process. Then I'm gonna say, okay, just to first see what that looks like, and then I think maybe I'll change the font. Okay, I'll start up. And there's things a bit buggy. It's going to go back to the original. This is a bit tighter. Now, I want to scale this the same with as a top text. Now, I could go here and play around with the height, but yeah, in my personal opinion, is a bit tricky to, uh, get the right scale with that message. Can always try to get as close you can and then sit with, but that sometimes it looks a bit weird, in my opinion. So I'm gonna go on top year and make this 600 again. Throw it with this little tool into the centre again and just do the spaces. No, I didn't mention that. Perhaps you wanna space your the title a bit more, which you can do. But in my opinion, the spacing is it's alright, but we'll look at it just cause so maybe try this About five more space. See, what effect does that have? Very subtle, but I think we'll stick with that for now. And the bottom one I want to make a bit smaller because at the moment It's kind of screaming too much still. Look at me. It's supposed to be like a subtext, and then maybe what I can do is separate this with a lie. It's crap, but I think that's about similar. And then we've got a title, text text title and then video process. So So it's not a simple process and, yeah, easy to follow. Otherwise, we head here to softwaretraining.co.za. Guys will notice.
