You will notice that when you looking at opening the Text Tool there is three ways of doing that.

The reason why it is good to know multiple ways of opening the text tool, is when your Draw bar is closed or you prefer using hotkeys instead.

Okay, guys, in today's video, we're gonna be looking at a few different ways to locate your text tool. And they saw before she already works. But before that, let's have a quick intro first, so today's video can be found on softwaretraining.co.za. We make sure and easy to watch problem solving videos, and we also have the updates otherwise back in the programme here. Now, just a quick reminder. This is miniseries on the text tool and I will also be leaving relevant links in the description so you guys can follow it along now. Yeah, there's about three ways we can go about selecting our text, and most of you might be thinking, yo, but I'll just simply select the text tool on I'm a drone bomb. But if you have not covered our video on how to show and high different bars and in, uh, case like this, you notice we have no draw bars, so you cannot use the, um cheques to select. Then you might run into a bit of a problem. Now there's two ways to fix that. Either you can learn about two more ways to select your text, or what you do is you learn how to re enable your Drogba, which we did cover in another video on that. But it's simply just under view on your top menu, and you go drop now the text tools in the job or is back then your text tools also within it. So that is definitely the first way is just going to draw boss like the textiles, the most simple way another way is also rather fast is the shortcut key, So that would be number two. So under our main menu, we go to draw, and then we can see the shortcut key. It says here controls seven, but I found that it actually controls six. So we have a selection tool if I had control six uh, text tours enable. Now most programmes will make this just t on your keyboard, and I really love that. I don't know why they've decided to go forward a different type of not so universal shortcut to lay out, but good time you will in the control. Six. It's also it's convenient, but not as convenient as T. But you'll notice it's located very close to it on your keyboard. If you're using a normal keyboard, then that is. The second way is definitely. It's very fast on the draw menu, unless you are very competent with using the draw. Me, Oh, your dropbox In the last way, it's pretty much the same way we went to look at the shortcut key, and that is, you go on your main menu on top, click on the draw menu, and then you select the text to. From there, it's by far the slowest way. But if you do not know the shortcut and the draw menu is not enabled, you know there's always an option. Cut your top main menu, draw text. Just put my door menu back. But yeah, so that is the three ways you can go about locating your text tool. I figured, saying that we are busy with a miniseries on the textile.
