the guys in today's video's true cut already works. We're gonna be looking at how to snap shapes and objects to the edge, Um, using a few features located on the range bubble. But before that, let's have a quick intro first. Yeah, yeah, so today's video can be found on softwaretraining.co.za UK. We make sure that easy to watch problem solving videos, and we also have daily updates. Otherwise, back in the programme here. Now, just a quick reminder of the season miniseries on the range bar, which is located on the top right here. And also, I will live relevant links in the description so you can actually follow along now when it comes to the look, uh, snap to edge. I've kind of just dubbed that because I cannot find a real proper name on this tour, which it is the four last icons on the top of right on your range. So now what? This will basically do. You can obviously have multiple objects you liked it or just single. If you have multiple, it's gonna treat. This boundary has the shape of the object. So it's just something to keep in mind. So now with this one object selected, what's gonna happen is we've got basically hear the snap to left to right top and bottom. But there is something to keep in mind. So if we go snap left, snap right when we snap it to the bottom and then we want to step to the left again, you will see it actually now sees this as the edge or the boundary. So this tool basically snap your object within, um, the boundaries of other shapes. So if I wanna snap it to the top, it's gonna hit this boundary. So it's a rather strange tool. Um, but if you have to stay within a certain, um uh so the confines of the design, then this, uh, tour potentially quite handy as a will prevent you from going past those hedges. So, yeah, Otherwise, it's a a simple tool to use just a quick recap. You can use multiple tools, but it will use the border around them as the boundary. And also just tool snap to the edges of whatever is next to it. I'm using these four buttons, so we've got left, right, top and bottom. Otherwise, we had here to softwaretraining.co.za s here today You guys will notice we've got a variety of different software should recover. And also you can isolate your search on the top, right? If you do not however, find the videos you're looking for, You can always go here, request a training video. Then we will make that video for you. But otherwise thanks, guys, for watching and cheers.
