When it comes to colors in FlexiSTARTER, the Duotone colors are the more complex ones, so how do we mix them?

Something to keep in mind about the Duotone colors in regards to the Mixer, is that you are only able to use base colors available as a starting point that is in your swatches.

Yes. Hi, guys. In today's video flexi starter, we're gonna be looking at how to create Theo turned colours with a mixer. But before that, let's have a quick intro first. So today's video can be found on softwaretraining.co.za hat Seattle today we make sure that easy to watch problem solving videos and we also have daily updates. Otherwise, we're back in the programme here. Now you're creating the U turn colours as we mentioned before. It is, uh, dear turn colours is normally these icons with little to, um, plus or the double plus And, uh yeah, so let's quickly look, how can you go about that with the mixer? So what you wanna do first of all, and make sure you're selecting tool and your main toolbar selected sugar for a and you select the shape you want to put the colours on. Then what you wanna do is open the mixer, which is on your standard too. But yeah, it's got a little colour. Um hello, it And the shortcut for that is again. So we pressed that you can see we've got our Mexia what you wanna do under the mod next to the colour here to make sure mine is already. But you wanna make sure you set yours to Kyoto, then we do that. You will see we've got top and the base. Obviously, it's gonna do a combination of the two and then wait for the tone as well, Which you can adjust now. I want them to keep in mind that you can only select from tone colours. That is, um, already in your current swatch table. So we had to open here. You'll see where you can only select the ones that we can actually see. Okay, These two, unfortunately there in my history. And that's where you can see them. But normally they will not be here. So in order to see more deodorant colours, we're gonna have to open another switch table. What I'm gonna do, I'm gonna have it just on the switch table, right click. And we're gonna go to open table, and then normally you will be presented with this area. We've got library tables. I'll go table and then D C three d. Oh, spot. Like open. Now, as you can see the bottom here, we've got many more, um, tones to select from So now when we go to our mixer again, we can see now. If we go now, you can see those two colours are back. But if we go here under the menu, okay, let's just try to finish that. Let's see if it's back now. Here we go. Now, As you can see, we can pick from all the different options, which there's quite a lot. So then what you can do is say you go for four grand red in the background. That's when we make it just another blue. Obviously, you can set the tone yah! And let's say you like the colour, the final result and what you can also do. Like in our previous videos. Just click and hold your left mouse button on this colour box and drag it to your colour palette. I'm gonna add it to your default one for instance. You can throw out there, and the great thing is, now you can see it's got a little too Plus is there, which means it is a video tone colour.
