Managing the Online Cloud Files within the SAi FlexiPRINT RTUV 22 Software (Part 1)

When it comes to the online Cloud feature for FlexiPRINT, you are able to store and manage online files.

What makes this so great is the fact that if your computer crashes, you will still have the clients design stored online.

Alright, guys, In today's video, we're gonna be looking at managing files on our cloud feature, and this will be within flexi print. But before that, let's have a quick intro first. So today's video can be found on softwaretraining.co.za. co dot Z A. We make sure and easy to watch problem solving videos, and we also have daily updates now if we're back into the programme here. So now when it comes to the cloud feature like I mentioned, we're gonna be looking at managing files. But, uh, just a quick recap or overview what it's used for. So the main purpose is to save designs online, so it's like a on A they call it a cloud. And then what happens is if you let's say, uh, deactivate your programme, you go to another computer, reinstall it, activate all of that, then you can get the same files on the computer. But it's also handy. Let's say, uh, you lose files, so maybe you're working on design and you put it on the cloud and then you lose the actual hard copy of it. Then that's an easy way to access it again is you can simply use your cloud. So now what I'm gonna do for this video, we're gonna be looking at managing where to find your cloud, how to manage files and also how to upload this online. So first things we want to do is go to our main toolbar on top here, Elena. So zoom here and then we wanna click on this first one which shows, show or hide Cloud page. When I click that you'll see here to our right, we have a cloud page, but currently, our design central and stroke is in front of it. You can just move these, but what I'm gonna do is I'm just gonna hide them here on our main toolbar. And now we've got our cloud. Now, there's a few different options we can look at, but the main one we're gonna be looking at today is files. So this is a place where you'll be managing your files. That's on the cloud. So I'm gonna click this and then it's gonna open it for us. Now, there's a few different things we can see here. Right on top. Here we have a refresh. So if something is not showing correctly in here, you can simply hit that. Refresh it, and then it should update it. We also have some information about it. So total files we can see I've got four files on the cloud space used five meg and then space available 4.65 gigabytes. So you can put quite a lot of, uh, projects on here, which is quite dandy. And then if we go down here, we can see our actual clouds. We, uh, sorry. Our cloud files we have stored and at the bottom here, we've got pages, so we have a lot of files. That's how you wanna navigate them. But yeah, otherwise, we have some files here. Now, when it comes to these files, we can see a few information so we can see a basic preview the size the file is, and then the tile we've named it. And then we also see when it was last made, so we can see this was some, uh, 22nd made. And then the, uh, time, we can also delete our files here or download them. We'll run through these just now so we can have a nice idea of how that works. But now Let's say we wanna actually get this while onto the cloud. So, um, how we wanna go about this is again on our main toolbar. Then you will see next to the manager or show and hide Cloud we've got here archive to cloud. So if I click this and then in the bottom here, it's gonna start showing us an update. Progress. So it says 100%. But we wait till we get this message saying upload successful. I'm gonna click, OK, and then we have our should have a file on our cloud. Currently, we can't see it. So now it's ideal. We click at refresh button, wait for it, and then we can see. There we go. We've got our file. And then, um so we've got a preview. We've got what it's called, so N dot COZ a logo, and then, um yeah, we can also remove and so forth. Sometimes it will also give you a naming option. So when you click the cloud for the first time you do it, it'll ask you, what do you want to call it? And then, uh, you can call it am.co dot Z. I mean, you don't want to call it am.co dot Z a logo. Call it whatever is relevant to your project, then, Um now, before we look at the leading and stuff like that, let's say we've now perhaps lost this file, so I'm gonna say no, I don't want to save it. Now, what we can do is when we come into the programme, we can open our cloud. We go to the project and we click Download. Now. Now, this is gonna take a bit of a time to bring our bigger project. Yes, and then you'll see. There we go. We've got our file and carry on editing it. And now you can simply just go save as and you wanna have a hard copy on your PC as well. And then, um, very handy like that. Then the last one we've got here, we can delete it. So let's say it's no longer relevant or you've put an updated one, and you don't want that one anymore. You can simply click delete, and then once it is done, it will tell you here, successful the file, uh, delete it successfully, but yeah, otherwise, that's on the cloud. Or managing the cloud. Very simple. First icon is to show this bar. It's also Arrow on top year where you can go back to the main resources for your cloud. And then you click on that and I go in there to obviously upload prom. So it's gonna be the second I, uh, icon here, which is Archived Cloud and that will load it and just make sure you refresh your cloud and then we'll update it. But yeah, otherwise, in the meanwhile, if we head here to softwaretraining.co.za. co dot Z A.
