When it comes to converting Raster images to Vector design, we have a number of different options to choose from.

From these options a few are better suited for the needs of this tutorial, but yours might differ.

Bonus Program: Another program that was not listed is VinylCut 5, it has a great built it feature to turn raster images to vector.
