One of the main reasons that you might want to temporarily load fonts is the time it takes starting up a program that has a 1000 + fonts installed.
The reality of most designers is that they have more fonts then what’s needed, and most projects uses around two to three fonts at a time,
so to only temporarily loading fonts required for the project makes a whole lot more sense.

Hi there, guys. In today's video, we'll be looking at how to instal temporary funds using final cut. Mhm. Okay, just a reminder. This video can be found on softwaretraining.co.za. Okay, Now to, um, you know, there's many reasons they will be beneficial to instal temporary funds because, uh, some people have, like, thousands of phones. And then when you start your project, you really don't need all those funds, and it really just takes way too long to start up and too many resources. Then also, if you're just doing mock up designs where you kind of prototyping and that, then it's also good ideas. You have temporary funds because it will only load it for that project. But just keep in mind once you close the programme, you started back up front, will no longer be there. So, uh, it's really gonna use it while you're in the programme, and then it resets it once he gets it. So now to do that What do you want to do? Is we? We can hr library panel if you cannot see it, Just remember you can go on the top here on your top two bar click on library, Then I'll open it for you. Now if we go to the second tab here the font step then So we navigate to the far right. You will see a little icon here that if we click that will give us the option to load font. So let's say we click load fun. Then you navigate to where you had your fonts installed, or rather, where you have it downloaded or extracted. Then on the right here, you will notice, shows us which formats it supports and then say, Let's just select our fonts open And they all say the font, Uh, your name has been loaded, so we say Okay, now, to locate your font, he's, uh, rather simple. It's like the same. You normally do it so you can go to our side properties panel. Then we go to the text area, one of the big eh? Navigate your font and then click the little arrow and then you just locate your font Mm. So I have a Caro taco. Now you can see we've got the new front there. Another way you can locate the fund is you go on your top menu, I think a text on and likewise you navigate or you find your funds. Mhm. Otherwise, uh, yeah.
