How are you guys? In today's video? I'll cut. We'll be looking at how to cut copies of a design using the extra options. Otherwise, let's have a quick intro. Your first So today's video can be found on softwaretraining.co.za n sale. Today we have a variety of different Softwares. We do cover and we upload videos daily, so just keep on high there for any new content. Otherwise, we're back in the programme here. Now. Just remind you guys, this is a miniseries on the cut settings, um, panel or options, and I will leave links in the description so you can follow along. Otherwise, to locate this, let's navigate to Kata. Yeah, and his wait for us to load. Then we will head to the extra settings. But before we do that, we first want to set our cut mode to Origin Point. Otherwise, when we make copies of it, it's gonna make copies from where the design was. So then, any case. So now let's go to extras, then we want to make sure copies on, and this is a great tool if you you don't want to manually go duplicate your shape or so forth you can just go under here, cut copies and then over here will tell us some basic dimensions of it. What's the size of it? How many copies will be copy, cut size as well? And then, if you're Matt, you're working math and your digital match Your programme is the same. You can just say match working workspace dimensions, But let's say your actual matters a different dimension. Then you can put in the size of it here. But just keep in mind the orientation of your culture and your mat. So to make sure that it's all a light, then what we have over here we've got next up is order fit columns and rows. So if you do this with complex shapes, or it will try to fit it as close as it can. But as you see in the preview at the moment, it kind of looks the same. So what you can do if this is not selected and then we can always play around with these settings so you can either increase or decrease the columns and rows. But keep in mind just if you increase in more than the actual size, it will give you this warning, Uh, basically telling you your design is where you're going out of the boundaries of the, um, uh, the actual Matt. And then next to that year, we've got the spacing, which is handy if you wanna mhm kind of a lay it out, but more on the actual map. So you can It's giving me error. Now for these. It's to me, in any case, so then you can actually set the spacing of your medalist. Decrease the amount so you can actually see the increased. Sorry, but it's also small. Sometimes hard to click the right one. Just do this older update. Okay, Now we've got two roads, so let's increase his legacy. You can actually set the spacing he wants. You want to get out of the border, it keeps us the era again. So then I'm so you can manually set up if you wanna. But this as close as you can to the actual met. So you can adjust that justice up and yeah, you wont If you play with this like me, you're gonna get a lot of error messages potential. And then, yeah, you can kind of lay it out more properly. But in general, the order. If it works most of the time I'm quite well. But in my case here, I would normally just take it off them for this. But it's even better otherwise, yeah, that is on making copies with the extra options under the cutting settings. If we go to final cut today, the programme is freely available here.
