TruCUT RDWorks Machine Cutting Process Illustrated (Part 9) Laser Cut Process Mini-Series

rdworks machine cutting process

When it comes to the process the Laser Cutting Machine takes, that is a rather simple process.

It is however quite important to not play around with the machine while it’s in progress, but patiently wait for it to finish.

This video is part of a Mini-Series.
Next video covers LCP – Extra Notes.
Previous video covered LCP – Health and Safety.

Alright, guys, in today's video, we're gonna be looking at the actual cutting process after you've set up your laser cutter and it is ready, and this will be for that already works. But before that, let's have a quick intro first. Okay? Mm. Mhm. So today's video can be found on softwaretraining.co.za. We make sure needs to watch problem solving videos and we also have daily updates otherwise, back in the programme here. Now, just a quick reminder. This is a miniseries on the laser cutting process, and I will also leave relevant links in description so you guys can follow along also just a small disclaimer. This process may vary depending on the machine you are using, so this is more of a guideline to follow. But make sure you still, uh, go through your manuals and so forth to make sure you are doing it correctly. Now we've already covered setting up everything we went through a health and safety. So now the machine is on the extractors and compressor and the chillers um, all three of them are on now. You simply, um oh, she said, Now you are ready to start your cutting process. Normally, what you would want to do is you locate your start button, but before that, make sure and ensure that those three are enabled. So your chiller, your compressor and extractor and also that the lid is closed. And while the laser cutter is cutting, make sure you do not open your lit, keep it closed, and then yeah, Then, like I mentioned, you can locate your start bar or your start button, whichever whatever your machine comes with, and then you can slide your process and then on your actual laser, you should be seeing your laser going around doing the pattern. Um, depending on the complexity of the design, it could take a few hours. Um, if it's just prototyping store and testing elsewhere, you be like maybe a minute. If it's small, it might be a few seconds. Then, once that is ready and done, then leave your compressor to I mean your extractor fan to still run a little bit, just to make sure all the extra gas is is out and stuff like that. And then once that is done, you can suit your extract off and yeah, your project is then ready all your test you can Then open it up and have a look to make sure everything is fine. Now, in the next video, I will cover a few things that you could also consider, um, when cutting. But we'll leave that for the next video. Otherwise, we hate here to softwaretraining.co.za z Uh, we have a variety of different Softwares we do cover. And also you can isolate your search on the top of right. If you do not, however, find training videos you're looking for just goes here to the request, the training video button filling the mini form. Let us know for which software. And then we will try our best to make that video for you. But otherwise thanks, guys for watching and cheers.
