are you guys? In today's video, we're gonna be looking at exporting your print jobs as a PdF file format. But before that, let's have a quick intro first. So today's video can be found on softwaretraining.co.za z. We make sure needs to watch problem solving videos. We also have daily updates otherwise, back into the programme here. So now, currently, we're looking at our print and the exporting our print reports. Now, we just covered the first format. Now we're gonna be looking at pdf. So once again, if we go to the little icon on the top left here, we'll find our, uh, printing or exporting little dialogue box. And what you wanna do is navigate to where you want it. Name it what you want. I'm gonna go, Pdf. And then we want to set the file forward here by the safe as type and zoom in, and then we can go to pdf. Now, in my opinion, this is the most universal, uh, format. This is also ideal. If you're gonna send it to a client and you don't want them to make any changes to it, just to be able to view it. And most computers these days and phones can view PDFs by default. So now also pdf, uh, basically stands for portable document format, and it was also introduced or developed by Adobe in 1992. So it's been around quite a while. It is definitely, like I said, uh, standard in many ways, because it's very rich in, like, text formatting. You can have images. Um, yeah, in all forms of things some can even allow you put links in. So this is a very great format, um, to use as a default. Like I said, I use it a lot in printing and so forth. So you send the print as pdf with all your files in, and then they just do it from there. So let's save which would say export complete. And then let's just quickly preview it. So we've got the pdf DoubleClick as I'm gonna open it with Adobe Acrobat Reader. And then let's just move this to the rights of to my left screen should I say but kind of one is recording and here we go. We've got our prince sample, so we've got the basic layout. We just saw got the information about the client and stuff and then also the shipping multiple pages. So if I go down, you can see this Page two and page three. So, uh, yeah, in my recommendation is if you can use pdf if client or someone needs our PT, then you can always use that. But I would normally just stick with PDS. But there's a few other ones. It's great for other purposes which we're gonna be covering as well. So if we had yet softwaretraining.co.za. Guys will notice. We've got a variety of different Softwares we do cover, and you can also isolate your search here on the top, right? If you do not, however, find the training videos you're looking forward, just something you requested. Training video filling a mini form. And then we'll do our best to make that for you. But otherwise thanks, guys, for watching and just
