Alright, guys, In today's video, we're gonna be looking at how to set your units. But before that, let's have a quick intro first. So today's video can be found on softwaretraining.co.za. co dot Z A we make sure and easy to watch problem solving videos and we also have daily updates. Now we're into the programme. So, uh, like I mentioned in the intro today, we're gonna be looking at setting your units. Now, this is, uh, ideally used Or should I say this is used in, uh, respect to measurements. So whether you're using your, uh, measure tool or your actual ruler setting so it will be normally on the top or left here, and, uh, this is also very handy. Let's say perhaps you have a client working in inches and your programme set to centimetres. Then you can quickly set it to inches as well or vice versa. So now, in order to set the units, ideally, we first want our ruler open. So, in order to open our ruler, I'm just gonna go here to our main menu on top. Let me zoom in here for you guys so you can follow along. Then we go view. So from the main menu, we go view and then we're gonna go down till we see one called Show Under Show. We've got the show, ruler. We gonna click that and then it's gonna open our ruler here. So we're gonna see top and left. Now, if you wanna see which measurements you are currently in, then on the ruler far right. We zoom there, you can see it currently says, uh, inches. And then also any form of value block that works with measurements. It will show the abbreviation next to that IN over there. So now we know. OK, we're working with inches. So now to change us, we can simply right click anywhere on this ruler left or top. Then under the menu here, you can see we've got all the different settings. So we've got here points we've got, uh, all the rest. So I'm gonna go centimetres, and now you will see on the right here it is updated to centimetres and also under our actual values. You can now see. See, it says CM. And you can also change this. If you right click and you can go the top one ruler and grid. And this will pretty much open, like advanced settings for these. And it will be under the first tab ruler, and you'll see here right at the bottom. We've got units, so you can set it there as well. But yeah, otherwise that is it on the, um, setting your units now, just a quick recap. Make sure your ruler is enabled. That is, on the main menu view, show, show ruler. And then to change it the quick way we can right click just and set it from the menu here. And you can also see what it's going to be set to if you look far right. But yeah, otherwise, in the meanwhile, though, if we head you to softwaretraining.co.za. co dot Z a you guys will notice we've got a variety of different Softwares we do cover. And you can also isolate your search on the top or right. If you do not, however, find the training videos you're looking for, just simply go.
